【摘要】:针对现实中所普遍存在的由于教师缺乏自觉学习意识,不善研究和总结而导致教师专业成长滞后的这一现象,本文从学习、研究、写作三个方面入手分析促进教师专业成长的有效途经。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon that teachers' professional growth lags behind due to teachers' lack of conscious learning consciousness and poor research and summary in reality, this paper studies from the perspective of learning and research. This paper analyzes the effective ways to promote the professional growth of teachers in three aspects of writing.
