家园互动的伦理审视

【摘要】:幼儿园教师与家长之间的关系是幼儿教育中极其重要的人伦关系,家长既是幼儿园教师重要的服务对象,又和幼儿园教师同为幼儿成长中的重要他人。幼儿园教师与家长之间进行信息传递、情感交流等互动活动是幼儿园工作的重要组成部分。其互动质量的高低对幼儿智力的发展、健全人格的形成和社会交往等具有重要意义。然而在道德相对主义泛滥而专业伦理失落的今天,对家园互动中的伦理问题的无意识致使幼儿园教师对处理家园互动中的伦理问题基本处于盲区,因而有必要通过家园互动的伦理审视使这种无意识状态走向自觉状态,使幼儿园教师在伦理审视中明确责任,能够在处理家园互动事务时行有所依。因此,对家园互动进行伦理审视非常有必要。本研究旨在通过伦理的视角审视家园互动及其问题,发现家园互动的伦理意味和内涵,探析家园互动伦理问题产生的原因并对此提出针对性建议。以此来唤醒幼儿园教师在家园互动中的伦理意识,让她们今后能够在家园互动实践中运用伦理视角进行审视,规范自身行为,从而达到提升家园互动质量的目的。本研究在厘清研究背景和问题、研究意义、研究目的基础上确定了研究的路径与方法,并运用文献分析法对己有研究进行了综述。对核心概念进行了界定,从家园互动的本质与内涵中认识到家园互动中的伦理意味和内涵。在此基础上从理论转向实践,在伦理的视角下通过观察审视家园互动现状,发现不合伦理的现象加以记录和收集,并呈现典型案例。案例多来自新闻热点和幼教现场,研究者对收集的案例进行归纳分析,发现典型伦理问题有:教师行为逾越底线;家园互动实践中职责不明;涉及利益主体多元的伦理两难问题。并对家园互动中问题案例的伦理范畴与原因进行分析。研究者认为家园互动中的伦理范畴主要有价值观、尊重、公正、平等、诚实等。伦理问题产生的具体原因有:多元社会背景及其对教育的影响;教师专业伦理规范建设的缺失;幼儿园不良文化制度环境的影响:幼儿园教师自身原因。针对以上原因,提出相关建议:加快幼儿园教师专业伦理建设;完善幼儿园的文化制度环境;形成家长参与的全方位监督体系;提升家园互动中幼儿园教师专业伦理素养。
[Abstract]:The relationship between kindergarten teachers and parents is an extremely important human relationship in early childhood education. Parents are not only important service objects of kindergarten teachers, but also important others in the growth of kindergarten teachers. Information transmission and emotional communication between kindergarten teachers and parents are an important part of kindergarten work. The quality of interaction is of great significance to the development of children's intelligence, the formation of perfect personality and social communication. However, with the proliferation of moral relativism and the loss of professional ethics, the unconsciousness of the ethical issues in the interaction of home causes kindergarten teachers to be basically blind in dealing with the ethical problems in the interaction of home. Therefore, it is necessary to make this unconscious state move to a conscious state through the ethical examination of home interaction, so that kindergarten teachers can make clear their responsibilities in the ethical examination, and be able to have some basis in dealing with the interactive affairs of their homes. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry on the ethics examination to the home interaction. The purpose of this study is to examine home interaction and its problems from the perspective of ethics, to find out the ethical meaning and connotation of home interaction, to explore the causes of the ethical problems of home interaction, and to put forward corresponding suggestions. In order to awaken kindergarten teachers' ethical consciousness in home interaction, they can use ethical perspective to examine and standardize their own behavior in the practice of home interaction in the future, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of home interaction. On the basis of clarifying the research background and problems, the significance and the purpose of the research, the research path and method are determined, and the literature analysis method is used to summarize the existing research. The core concept is defined, and the ethical meaning and connotation of home interaction are recognized from the essence and connotation of home interaction. On this basis, from the theory to practice, through observing and examining the current situation of the interaction in the home from the perspective of ethics, the author finds that the phenomenon of unethical is recorded and collected, and presents a typical case. Most of the cases come from news hot spots and preschool education scene. The researchers sum up and analyze the collected cases, and find that the typical ethical problems are: teachers' behavior exceeds the bottom line, the responsibilities in the practice of home interaction are not clear; Ethical dilemmas involving multiple stakeholders. And analyze the ethical category and reasons of the problem cases in the interaction of home. The researchers believe that there are values, respect, justice, equality, honesty and so on. The specific reasons for the ethical problems are: the pluralistic social background and its impact on education, the lack of professional ethical norms of teachers, the influence of the unhealthy cultural institutional environment of kindergartens, and the causes of kindergarten teachers themselves. In view of the above reasons, some suggestions are put forward: speeding up the professional ethics construction of kindergarten teachers; perfecting the cultural institutional environment of kindergartens; forming a comprehensive supervision system of parents' participation; promoting professional ethical literacy of kindergarten teachers in the interaction of home.
