衡水市私立幼儿园家庭教育实施中存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:家庭是社会的基本细胞。注重家庭、注重家教、注重家风,对于国家发展、民族进步、社会和谐具有十分重要的意义。家庭是孩子的第一个课堂,父母是孩子的第一任老师。家庭教育工作开展的如何,关系到孩子的终身发展,关系到千家万户的切身利益,关系到国家和民族的未来。作为对人的一生影响最深的一种教育,家庭教育被形容为人生整个教育的基础和起点,无论对个人成长发展、家庭和谐幸福,还是对民族素质提升、国家兴衰成败,都具有不可替代的重要作用。家庭教育是未成年人成长发展中不可或缺的重要环节,也是社会主义精神文明建设与和谐社会建设的重要内容。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》、《中国儿童发展纲要(2011 —2020年)》中提出了家庭教育的目标,进一步指导和推进家庭教育,积极构建学校、家庭、社会紧密协作的教育网络,全面提高家长素质,促进未成年人健康成长。2016年11月,教育部等9部门联合出台了《家庭教育五年计划(2016-2020)》提出到2020年,基本建成适应城乡发展、满足家长和儿童需求的家庭教育指导服务体系,明确了提升家庭教育指导服务专业化水平、加快家庭教育法制化建设等重点任务,对当前我国家庭教育存在的一些现象作出了具有针对性、引导性的安排部署,对于帮助父母树立科学的家庭教育观念、促进家庭教育健康发展具有重要意义。近年来,经过各地不断努力探索,家庭教育工作取得了积极进展,但还存在认识不到位、教育水平不高、相关资源缺乏等问题,导致一些家庭出现了重智轻德、重知轻能、过分宠爱、过高要求等现象,影响了孩子的健康成长和全面发展。当前,我国正处在全面建成小康社会的关键阶段,提升家长素质,提高育人水平,家庭教育工作承担着重要的责任和使命。本课题以衡水市私立幼儿园家庭教育为研究对象,从园方管理人员、管理制度、管理设施、家长认知、家长配合、幼儿素质等方面梳理私立幼儿园在贯彻落实国家家庭教育文件精神的过程中所面临的问题,探讨背后的深层次原因,试图提出私立幼儿园如何从落实中央“四个全面”战略布局的高度,加强家庭教育工作,如何制定出可操作性强的制度措施进一步明确家长在家庭教育中的主体责任,充分发挥幼儿园在家庭教育中的重要作用,加快形成家庭教育社会支持网络,推动家庭、幼儿园、社会密切配合,共同培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
[Abstract]:The family is the basic cell of society. Paying attention to family, family education and family style is of great significance to national development, national progress and social harmony. The family is the first classroom for the child, and the parents are the first teacher for the child. How to carry out the work of family education is related to the lifelong development of children, the vital interests of thousands of families, and the future of the country and nation. As an education that has the greatest impact on a person's life, family education has been described as the basis and starting point for the whole education of life, whether it is for individual growth and development, for family harmony and happiness, or for the improvement of the quality of the nation, for the success or failure of the country. All have an irreplaceable important role. Family education is an indispensable and important link in the growth and development of minors. It is also an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and harmonious society. The goals of family education are set forth in the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, and the outline for the Development of Chinese Children 2011-2020. To further guide and promote family education, to actively build an educational network of close cooperation among schools, families and society, to comprehensively improve the quality of parents and to promote the healthy growth of minors. The Ministry of Education and other nine departments jointly issued the Five-year Plan for Family Education 2016-2020. It was proposed that by 2020, a family education guidance service system should be built to meet the needs of parents and children and adapt to the development of urban and rural areas. This paper clarifies the key tasks of promoting the specialization level of family education guidance service, speeding up the legalization construction of family education, and makes a targeted and guiding arrangement for some phenomena existing in family education in our country at present. It is of great significance to help parents establish scientific family education concept and promote the healthy development of family education. In recent years, after continuous efforts and explorations by various localities, family education has made positive progress, but there are still problems such as lack of awareness, low level of education, lack of related resources, etc., which have led some families to attach importance to wisdom and to virtue, to knowledge and to ability. Too much love, too high requirements and other phenomena, affecting the healthy growth of children and overall development. At present, our country is in the key stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To improve the quality of parents and raise the level of education, family education is shouldering an important responsibility and mission. This topic takes Hengshui private kindergarten family education as the research object, from the garden management personnel, the management system, the management facility, the parents cognition, the parents cooperation, In the aspects of child quality and so on, the problems faced by private kindergartens in the process of implementing the spirit of national family education documents are analyzed, and the underlying reasons are discussed. This paper tries to put forward how to strengthen the family education work from the height of implementing the central "four comprehensive" strategic layout, how to formulate the operable system measures to further clarify the main responsibility of the parents in the family education. To give full play to the important role of kindergarten in family education, accelerate the formation of family education social support network, promote the close cooperation of family, kindergarten and society, and jointly train socialist constructors and successors with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic.
