幼儿园学习性区域活动的设计与指导

【摘要】:《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出教师要为幼儿“提供自由活动的机会,支持幼儿自主地选择、计划活动”。[1]幼儿园的区域活动便为孩子创造了这样的机会,遵循幼儿“自由、自主、自选”的原则为孩子打造一番专属于他们的小天地。其中,以着眼于幼儿最近发展区,以技能练习为主的学习性倾向的区域活动渐渐引起广大幼教工作者的重视。学习性区域活动目标性极强,直接指向幼儿能力的提升,效果明显;学习性区域对幼儿的智能和动作发展有益,有助于幼儿良好学习品质的形成;学习性区域与区域活动、教学活动相辅相成。然而,学习性区域的开展并不尽如人意,教师对学习性区域定位的模糊、材料投放的不合理、指导的不恰当等诸多问题,阻碍了学习性区域的良性发展。对此,本研究立足于学习性区域创设与指导的视角,从以下内容展开论述:第一部分:幼儿园学习性区域活动的概述。对区域活动、学习性区域活动的内涵进行了分别论述。其中,对学习性区域活动的独特性、价值、与其他区域活动及集体教学活动的关系作出了分析。第二部分:幼儿园学习性区域活动存在的问题及归因分析。此部分主要从两方面展开。第一,幼儿园学习性区域活动中存在的问题,包括材料的投放、幼儿操作材料、教师指导等方面的问题;第二,根据问题分析原因,相应从教师、幼儿、材料等方面寻找产生问题的根源。第三部分:幼儿园学习性区域活动设计与指导策略研究。从教育者的意识、学习性区域活动的组织实施、幼儿的特点、材料的投放、环境的创设、家园合作六方面寻求解决学习性区域中问题的办法,以期动员多方力量共同致力于学习性区域的有效开展。
[Abstract]:The guidelines for Kindergarten Education (on a trial basis) states that teachers should "provide children with opportunities for free activity, support children to choose freely and plan activities." [1] Regional activities in kindergartens create such opportunities for children. Follow the principle of "freedom, autonomy, self-selection" for children to create a special small world for them. Among them, the regional activities, which focus on the area of children's proximal development and focus on the learning tendency of skill exercises, have gradually attracted the attention of the majority of kindergarten educators. Learning area activity has a strong goal, direct to the improvement of children's ability, the effect is obvious; learning area is beneficial to the development of children's intelligence and action, it is helpful to the formation of children's good learning quality; learning area and regional activities, Teaching activities complement each other. However, the development of the learning area is not satisfactory, the fuzzy orientation of the learning area, unreasonable materials, inappropriate guidance and many other problems, which hinder the healthy development of the learning region. Therefore, this study is based on the perspective of the creation and guidance of learning area, and discusses the following contents: part one: summary of learning area activities in kindergarten. The connotation of regional activity and learning regional activity are discussed separately. Among them, the relationship between the uniqueness and value of learning regional activities and other regional activities and collective teaching activities is analyzed. The second part: the problem and attribution analysis of kindergarten learning area activity. This part mainly starts from two aspects. First, the problems existing in kindergarten learning activities, including the placement of materials, children's operational materials, teachers' guidance and other problems; second, according to the analysis of the reasons, the corresponding teachers, young children, Materials and other aspects to find the root cause of the problem. The third part: the study on the design and guidance strategy of kindergarten learning area activities. From the consciousness of educators, the organization and implementation of learning regional activities, the characteristics of young children, the placement of materials, the creation of environment, the cooperation of home and the six aspects of seeking solutions to the problems in learning areas, With a view to mobilizing various forces to work together for the effective development of learning areas.
