研究生学历新入职幼儿教师生存状态的个案研究

【摘要】：在关乎幼儿发展的诸多工作中,幼儿教育是其中较为重要的一项内容,它不仅与幼儿的茁壮成长紧密相连,甚至影响着一个家庭乃至社会的发展前景。同时,它被视为基础教育的基石,但长期以来,教育工作者们却经受着巨大的职业压力,在此背景下,以较高学历的研究生幼教为例,笔者希望对他们的生存状态、从业心得、发展困境及职业愿景等方面展开探究。本研究以研究生学历幼儿教师的生存状态为研究对象,采取文献法、叙事研究法、访谈法等几项科学的调研方法展开研究。全文主体部分包含四个内容:第一部分是绪论,交代问题产生背景,研究方向及现实意义,罗列一些相关文献的科研成果,概念如何界定以及其他对本次研究带来较大帮助的理论基础,并选取相应的研究方法;第二部分考察了受访对象研究生学历新入职幼儿教师的生存状态并进行分析;第三部分提出研究生学历新入职幼儿教师的生存状态的各类影响因素,在此基础上提出针对性的改善对策与建议;第四部分为结论与展望。研究认为,影响研究生学历新入职幼儿教师的生存状态主要因素有教师自身的角色定位、专业技能、心态调整;幼儿园的管理层面因素;高校培养学前教育研究生的模式影响以及社会层面的政策保障与文化影响。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is one of the most important contents in the work of early childhood development. It is not only closely related to the healthy growth of young children, but also affects the development prospects of a family and even society. At the same time, it is regarded as the cornerstone of basic education, but for a long time, educators have been subjected to great occupational pressure. In this context, taking the post-graduate education with higher academic qualifications as an example, the author hopes to know their living conditions and experience. Development dilemma and career vision and other aspects to explore. This research takes the survival state of graduate school preschool teachers as the research object, and adopts several scientific research methods, such as literature method, narrative research method, interview method and so on. The main body of the paper includes four contents: the first part is the introduction, the background of the problem, the research direction and the practical significance, and lists the scientific research results of some related documents. How to define the concept and other theoretical basis that will help this study and select the corresponding research methods; the second part investigates the survival status of the new entrant teachers of graduate education and carries on the analysis; The third part puts forward all kinds of influencing factors of the survival state of the new entrant teachers of graduate education, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions; the fourth part is the conclusion and prospect. It is concluded that the main factors affecting the survival state of the newly enrolled preschool teachers with postgraduate education are the role orientation of teachers, the adjustment of professional skills, the adjustment of mentality, the management level factors of kindergartens, and the following factors: 1. The influence of the mode of training graduate students in preschool education and the policy guarantee and cultural influence of social level in colleges and universities.
