【摘要】：幼儿教师作为教师大家庭的一员常常容易被忽视。幼儿教师在其角色扮演过程中,承载着来自社会各界的期待,承担着各种各样的角色,很容易产生角色冲突和模糊。幼儿教师的角色失调现状如何,究竟是什么影响了幼儿教师的角色失调?本文立足于社会学视角,揭示幼儿教师角色失调现状和影响因素,采用文献分析法和问卷调查法,对广州市363位幼儿教师进行了角色失调研究。研究结论如下:1.幼儿教师普遍存在角色失调的现状,其中年龄为20岁以下,未婚,无孩子,教龄短的新手幼儿教师角色失调最严重。2.在各影响因素中,对幼儿教师角色失调影响最大的是社会结构因素,其次是重要他人,影响最小的是组织因素。3.社会结构因素与幼儿教师的角色失调关系显著。在各变量中,社会声望、经济收入和教师权利会直接影响到幼儿教师的角色失调程度。其中,影响最大的是社会声望,其次是经济收入,教师权利影响最小。4.组织层面因素与幼儿教师的角色失调关系显著。幼儿园的规章制度对幼儿教师角色失调的程度有直接的影响。但是当其与社会因素和重要他人因素共同影响时关系不显著。5.重要他人因素与幼儿教师角色失调关系显著。在各变量中,园长、同事、家人朋友、幼儿家长和幼儿均会直接影响幼儿教师角色失调程度。其中,幼儿的影响最大,幼儿家长影响次之,家人朋友和同事也有影响,影响最小的是园长。最后,对这些影响因素进行讨论和分析。
[Abstract]:As a member of the teacher's family, preschool teachers are often easily ignored. In their role playing, preschool teachers bear the expectations from all walks of life, bear a variety of roles and easily lead to role conflict and blurring. What is the status of the role maladjustment of preschool teachers, which affects the role loss of preschool teachers. This article, based on the sociological perspective, reveals the status and influencing factors of the role maladjustment of preschool teachers, and uses the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to study the role maladjustment of 363 preschool teachers in Guangzhou. The conclusions are as follows: 1. the current status of the maladjustment of role in preschool teachers is generally under the age of 20, unmarried and childless. The most serious maladjustment of the young teachers with short age is the most serious.2. in the influence factors, the most important factor is the social structure factor, the second is the important others, the smallest influence is the organizational factor.3. social structure factors and the role maladjustment of preschool teachers. Teachers' rights will directly affect the degree of role maladjustment of preschool teachers. Among them, the greatest impact is social prestige, second is economic income, and the influence of teachers' rights on the minimum.4. organization level has a significant relationship with the role maladjustment of preschool teachers. The relationship between the important other factors and the social factors and important other factors is not significant..5. important other factors have significant relationship with the role maladjustment of preschool teachers. Among the variables, the chief of the kindergarten, the coworker, the family and friends, the children's parents and children will have a direct impact on the role maladjustment of preschool teachers. Family members, friends and colleagues also have an impact. The least affected is the head of the kindergarten. Finally, these factors are discussed and analyzed.
