幼儿游戏权在城市幼儿园的保障现状研究

【摘要】:游戏与幼儿关系密切,它是幼儿生命成长的内在需求,关系到幼儿的幸福和生活质量。但由于我国幼儿游戏权利理论相对缺乏,实践经验不足,导致幼儿游戏权利没有很好地实现。本研究从教育学的角度出发,以人权理论、自然权利理论、伽达默尔游戏理论为基础,围绕幼儿游戏权以及幼儿游戏与幼儿教育的关系,在已有的关于游戏权的研究的基础上,利用问卷、访谈和实地考察等方式,从幼儿游戏地位、游戏参与、游戏保护和游戏提供四个方面出发,以重庆市主城区为例,分析幼儿游戏权在城市幼儿园中的保障现状及其存在的问题。通过调查发现,目前在重庆市主城区幼儿园中,关于幼儿游戏权的保障状况取得了一些成绩:游戏权作为幼儿权利的观念和游戏权的价值得到认可;大部分幼儿园能够保障儿童每天的游戏时间;大部分幼儿园在区角和公共活动区域空间设置方面比较合理;游戏材料和游戏安全保护较好。但也存在以下问题:对幼儿游戏权的认可仅仅停留在观念层面;幼儿游戏自主权没有得到充分尊重;户外游戏时间得不到保障;游戏材料投放的动态性不够;游戏指导与干预方法不妥。通过分析,造成以上问题的原因主要有:社会对幼儿游戏权保障力度不够;家长对幼儿园的教育要求不合理;幼儿园缺乏资金,造成设备材料上的欠缺;幼儿园管理者对“以游戏为主导活动”认识不足;幼儿园教师游戏理论素养需要提升。据此,本研究提出以下建议:从政府层面上,应因地制宜,提供物质保障;加大宣传力度,改变传统游戏观念。从家长层面上,应改变以电子媒体为主的生活方式;及时与教师沟通,实现家园协作;树立正确的游戏观。从幼儿园层面上,应利用一日生活中的零散时间进行自由游戏;因地制宜进行游戏空间布局,并在区角设置中“留白”,合理利用户外游戏空间;进行科学的游戏材料投放;搭建平台,促进教研互动,定期进行讲座、培训及参观。从教师层面上,应注重自身专业能力提高,实现观念对行为的引导作用;根据本班室内状况及幼儿特点,进行区角的合理布置;为幼儿创造轻松的游戏环境;注重游戏过程评价;准确把握介入时机,选择恰当介入策略。
[Abstract]:The game is closely related to young children. It is the inherent demand for the growth of children's life, which is related to the happiness and the quality of life of the children. However, because of the lack of the theory of children's game rights and the lack of practical experience, the right of children's game is not well realized. On the basis of Gadamer's game theory, based on the relationship between children's game rights and children's game and preschool education, on the basis of the existing research on the right to play, using the questionnaire, interview and field investigation, we start from four aspects of children's game status, game participation, game protection and games, taking the main city of Chongqing as an example. The present situation of the protection of children's game rights in urban kindergartens and the existing problems are analyzed. Through the investigation, it is found that at present, some achievements have been made in the protection of the right of children's game in the kindergartens of the main city of Chongqing, which are recognized as the concept of children's rights and the value of the right to play, and most of the kindergartens can be guaranteed. Children's daily game time; most kindergartens are more reasonable in the area angle and public area space setting; game material and game safety protection are better. But there are the following problems: the recognition of the right of children's game is only on the concept level; the autonomy of children's game is not fully respected; the time of outdoor game is not good. To guarantee, the dynamic nature of the game materials is not enough; the game guidance and intervention methods are not appropriate. Through the analysis, the main causes of the problems are as follows: the protection of the right to play is not enough in the society; the parents' demand for the education of the kindergarten is unreasonable; the lack of funds in the kindergarten leads to the shortage of the equipment material; the administrator of the kindergarten is " In this study, the following suggestions are put forward: from the government level, we should provide material guarantee according to local conditions, increase the publicity and change the traditional game concept. From the parent level, we should change the way of life based on the electronic media; in time and the teacher ditch. In the kindergarten level, we should make use of the scattered time of one day to carry out free games; make the game space layout in the light of local conditions, "leave the white" in the area angle, make use of the outdoor game space reasonably, carry out the game materials for science, build the platform, promote the interaction of teaching and research. We should give lectures, training and visit. From the teacher level, we should pay attention to the improvement of their own professional ability and realize the guiding role of ideas on behavior. According to the situation of the class and the characteristics of children, we should make a reasonable arrangement of the corner, create a relaxed game environment for the children, pay attention to the evaluation of the game process, accurately grasp the opportunity of intervention and choose appropriate intervention strategies.
