私立幼儿园初任教师的入职需求研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着经济社会迅速的发展进步以及国家学前教育事业的突飞猛进,私立幼儿园随之由一股新生力量成为学前教育良好、持续发展的关键。在这一过程中,它们对于园所管理水平和教育教学质量提升都更为关注。教师为保障私立幼儿园提供优质教育之关键条件,同时又与园所本身生存、发展密切相关。入职期既是整个职业进程之起始期,更是关乎教师专业成长之关键期。在此期间,他们必会出现诸多需求。因此,全面关注和了解私立幼儿园初任教师的真实需求,并在此基础上提出建议,不仅能为私立幼儿园管理和发展提供一定的思路和依据,而且也能为初任教师明确学习、发展方向提供指导。本研究选取来自长春市私立幼儿园的100名初任教师作为研究对象,主要采用访谈法、问卷法等研究方法,分析了初任教师的入职需求现状及相关影响因素,在此基础上提出了入职需求的保障策略,以期为进一步健全和完善私立幼儿园管理和初任教师的发展提供相关依据。本研究的基本框架如下:第一部分:问题提出。本研究以政府支持、促进民办幼儿园发展的相关背景为基本立足点,通过中国知网、Google学术等进行检索,收集、整理、分析了相关文献。对本研究之缘起、意义及方法予以概括说明,并对相关研究予以详细综述。第二部分:私立幼儿园初任教师入职需求的现状。本研究借鉴已有的需求理论,从物质、精神、专业发展和培训四个方面呈现了来自长春市私立幼儿园的100名初任教师的入职需求现状。第三部分:私立幼儿园初任教师入职需求的特征。本研究在私立幼儿园初任教师入职需求现状调查的基础上,对其入职需求特征加以分析。第四部分:私立幼儿园初任教师入职需求的影响因素。主要从主观因素和客观因素两个维度分析了私立幼儿园初任教师入职需求的影响因素,作为构建保障入职需求相关建议的依据。第五部分:研究反思与建议。本研究基于调查结果,结合现实情况,通过对本研究的反思分别从私立幼儿园、初任教师、教师培养院校、政府这四个不同的角度提出了具体建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid development of national preschool education, private kindergartens have become the key to the good and sustainable development of preschool education from a new force. In this process, they pay more attention to the management level and the quality of education. Teachers are closely related to the survival and development of private kindergartens. The entry-in period is not only the starting period of the whole career process, but also the key period of the teacher's professional growth. In the meantime, they will have a lot of needs. Therefore, to pay attention to and understand the real needs of the initial teachers in private kindergartens, and put forward some suggestions on this basis, can not only provide some ideas and basis for the management and development of private kindergartens, but also provide clear learning for the new teachers. Direction of development to provide guidance. In this study, 100 new teachers from private kindergartens in Changchun City were selected as the research objects, mainly using interview method, questionnaire method and other research methods to analyze the status quo of the initial teachers' entry needs and related influencing factors. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the security strategy of the entry demand in order to provide the relevant basis for further perfecting the management of private kindergartens and the development of newly appointed teachers. The basic framework of this study is as follows: the first part: put forward the problem. With the support of the government and the background of promoting the development of private kindergartens, the research carried out the retrieval, collection, collation and analysis of the relevant literature through Google academic research in China. The origin, significance and methods of this study are summarized, and the related studies are summarized in detail. The second part: the current situation of the new teachers' needs in private kindergartens. This study draws lessons from the existing demand theory, from the material, spiritual, professional development and training four aspects of the needs of 100 new teachers from Changchun private kindergarten needs. The third part: the characteristics of the needs of the new teachers in private kindergartens. Based on the investigation of the initial teachers' needs in private kindergartens, the characteristics of the initial teachers' needs are analyzed in this paper. The fourth part: the influence factors of the requirement of the new teachers in private kindergartens. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of the initial teachers' entry demand in private kindergartens from the subjective and objective aspects, which is the basis for constructing the relevant suggestions to ensure the entry demand. The fifth part: research reflection and suggestion. Based on the results of the investigation and the actual situation, this study puts forward concrete suggestions from four different angles of private kindergarten, new teachers, teacher training colleges and the government through the reflection of this study.
