广元市幼儿体育活动教学现状及对策研究

【摘要】:幼儿园作为我国基础教育起始阶段的幼儿教育机构,不但在构建我国终身教育体系中具有不可替代基础性地位,又日益成为提高全民整体素质,增强综合国力的重要因素。为了进一步促进幼儿的健康成长,国家各级政府出台了一系列政策法规法令来规范,提出幼儿教师和家长都应该加强学习,提高教育幼儿的科学能力,推动幼儿教育。从健康这一视角出发,对幼儿体育活动进行科学化的设计和引导。为此,笔者通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、统计分析法、内容分析法等对广元市幼儿体育教学现状展开了调查研究,对幼儿体育教育存在的问题及影响因素进行全面的分析,得出以下结论:1.广元地区幼儿园的办学性质主要以上级教育行政部门为主,呈现出公立和民办相结合的办学形式,民办幼儿园明显多于公立幼儿园;2.广元地区幼儿体育教学的师资力量严重匮乏,尤其缺少具有专业体育基本理论知识、规范的基本活动技能和基本体育运动技能的幼儿体育教师;3.广元地区幼儿体育教学活动在教学目标的设置不够明确;4.教学内容、教学方法等方面缺乏新颖性、创新性,绝大多数的幼儿教师凭借主观经验进行教学;5.教学形式与教学评价体系比较单一,在组织幼儿体育教学和幼儿体育活动时没有目的性和针对性;6.幼儿体育教学观念落后,重知识轻培养。7.严重缺乏用于幼儿体育活动的场地器材,尤其体现着民办幼儿园,活动空间狭小,多采用室内玩具型器材,不能满足教学需求。针对调查结果提出如下建议:1.强化政府职能,督促幼儿体育教育的发展;2.构建均衡、科学化师资队伍;3.明确教学目标,深化教学改革;4.教学内容革新,突破传统,具有针对性、多样性;5.教学方法多样性,体现“得法”;6.构建科学合理的评价体系;7.合理利用教学资源。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten, as an institution of preschool education in the initial stage of basic education in our country, not only plays an irreplaceable basic role in the construction of lifelong education system in China, but also becomes an important factor to improve the overall quality of the whole people and enhance the comprehensive national strength. In order to further promote the healthy growth of children, the government at all levels of the country issued a series of policies and regulations to regulate, and proposed that teachers and parents should strengthen learning, improve the scientific ability of educating children, and promote early childhood education. From the point of view of health, the scientific design and guidance of infant sports activities are carried out. Therefore, by means of literature research, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis, content analysis and so on, the author has carried out an investigation and study on the present situation of infant physical education in Guangyuan City, and comprehensively analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of infant physical education. Draw the following conclusion: 1. The nature of running kindergartens in Guangyuan area is mainly higher education administrative departments, showing a combination of public and private kindergartens, private kindergartens are obviously more than public kindergartens. There is a serious shortage of teachers in early childhood physical education in Guangyuan area, especially lack of teachers with basic theoretical knowledge of professional physical education, standardized basic activity skills and basic sports skills. The setting of teaching goal of preschool physical education in Guangyuan area is not clear enough. Teaching content, teaching methods and other aspects of the lack of novelty, innovation, the vast majority of preschool teachers rely on subjective experience to teach 5. 5%. The teaching form and teaching evaluation system are relatively single, and there is no purpose and pertinence in organizing children's physical education and activities. The concept of young children's physical education teaching is backward and the emphasis on knowledge is less than the cultivation of .7. There is a serious lack of venues and equipment for children's sports activities, especially private kindergartens, the activity space is small, most of the indoor toy equipment, can not meet the teaching needs. Based on the findings, make the following recommendation: 1. Strengthen the function of government and urge the development of physical education for young children. To construct a balanced and scientific teaching staff. Make clear teaching goal, deepen teaching reform 4. The teaching content innovates, breaks through the tradition, has the pertinence, the diversity. The diversity of teaching methods reflects the "success". To build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. Rational use of teaching resources.
