大理白族自治州学前教育发展研究

【摘要】:民族地区学前教育是民族地区教育的组成部分,对我国民族地区教育的发展起着重要的作用,民族地区学前教育的发展也是我国大力发展教育、文化事业的需要。当前,国家出台了各项政策方针以确保民族地区学前教育的发展,如:教育支援政策、学前双语教学政策等。这些政策方针都在一定程度上促进了民族地区学前教育的发展。但目前我国民族地区学前教育发展仍然存在着诸多问题,如何解决这些问题,使民族地区学前教育得到更好的发展,是摆在我们面前的一个课题,也是关系少数民族人民切身利益的问题。本文运用马克思主义民族理论与政策研究民族地区学前教育问题,体现中国特色社会主义民族理论的人文关怀,促进民族地区教育事业的发展,为民族地区教育的发展提供一定的智力支持。本课题研究围绕少数民族地区学前教育发展的问题,目的在于更好地发展少数民族学前教育,改变民族地区教育落后的现状。通过查找相关的文献资料以及对大理白族自治州城镇公办幼儿园和农村民办幼儿园进行实地调查,对比研究,找出大理白族自治州学前教育存在的问题,如大理白族自治州坝区与山区学前教育发展存在差异、民族风情文化在课程中的缺失、教师师资队伍建设不足等。并针对问题提出民族地区学前教育发展的对策及建议,如民族地区因地制宜开展巡回走教以及支教活动、利用大理州文化资源和特色发展学前教育等。由于大理白族自治州存在的幼儿园比较多,故无法对幼儿园逐一进行调研,所以本文中得出的数据不一定完整。本文的亮点有以下三个方面,一是在以前学者们对于大理白族自治州学前教育的宏观研究的基础上,本文是通过对大理白族自治州城镇公办和农村民办幼儿园进行实地调查研究得出的结果,而不仅是从宏观的角度得出的数据。二是运用社会调查,对比研究的方法,对大理白族自治州不同种类的幼儿园进行对比研究,分析问题,理论指导实践,得出实际的解决方案。三是立足于马克思主义民族理论与政策,在民族地区学前教育发展的视角下研究大理白族自治州学前教育发展的途径、方法。
[Abstract]:Pre-school education in minority areas is an integral part of education in minority areas, which plays an important role in the development of education in minority areas. The development of pre-school education in minority areas is also the need of vigorously developing education and cultural undertakings in our country. At present, the state has issued various policy guidelines to ensure the development of preschool education in ethnic areas, such as: education support policy, pre-school bilingual teaching policy and so on. To a certain extent, these policies and guidelines have promoted the development of preschool education in ethnic areas. However, at present, there are still many problems in the development of preschool education in minority areas in China. How to solve these problems and make pre-school education in minority areas to be better developed is a subject before us. It is also a matter of vital interest to the people of ethnic minorities. This paper applies Marxist national theory and policy to the study of preschool education in minority areas, embodies the humanistic concern of socialist national theory with Chinese characteristics, and promotes the development of education in ethnic minority areas. To provide certain intellectual support for the development of education in minority areas. The purpose of this paper is to improve the development of preschool education in minority areas and to change the present situation of education backwardness in minority areas. By looking up the relevant documents and investigating the public kindergartens in cities and towns and the private kindergartens in rural areas in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, the problems of preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture are found out. For example, there are differences in the development of preschool education between the dam district of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture and the mountainous area, the lack of ethnic culture in the curriculum, the shortage of teachers' construction and so on. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of preschool education in ethnic minority areas are put forward, such as developing itinerant education and supporting education activities in accordance with local conditions, and developing preschool education by using cultural resources and characteristics of Dali prefecture, etc. As there are many kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, it is impossible to investigate them one by one, so the data obtained in this paper are not necessarily complete. The highlights of this paper are as follows: first, on the basis of the previous macroscopic research on preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, This paper is based on the results of field investigation of public and rural private kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, not only from the macro point of view. Secondly, by using the method of social investigation and comparative study, the author makes a comparative study of different kinds of kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, analyzes the problems, instructs the practice theoretically, and obtains the practical solutions. Thirdly, based on Marxist national theory and policy, this paper studies the ways and methods of the development of preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from the perspective of preschool education development in minority areas.
