【摘要】：核桃的营养价值、保健功能和经济效益使得全球的核桃需求量逐年上升,推动了全核桃产业的蓬勃发展。文章通过综合运用遥感影像与实地调查相结合,并配合地形图与地理信息系统平台进行,对全县的核桃种植面积、管护、收益情况、今后种植意愿等产业现状进行了统计调查,分析了蒲县发展核桃产业的优势与存在的问题,提出了今后发展的对策。1.全县核桃栽植总面积约为94951亩。2010以前所栽面积(包括退耕还林期和生产队期间)占全面核桃面积的绝大部分,约占全县面积的86%,均栽植于坡耕地、撂荒地、村边地界等分散区域,保留率不高无人管护,主管部门没有足够重视和进行监督。近5年种栽的核桃分布还较为集中。2.全县近年来发展和新栽核桃树,几个给予重视的如红道乡、蒲城等不少村庄的长势较好,若对当前核桃加强管理后,预计在3-5年后,全县的核桃经济收益将十分可观。3.目前蒲县核桃种植与发展存在有政策支持和规范的核桃管理体系等优势,但也存在有种植面积分散,不适地适树、种植户严重缺乏发展核桃产业的意识,重造轻管,粗放管理以及对核桃优质品种的推广不加以监管和采收环节散漫,不注重品质与品牌,销售价格不高等问题。4.全县近期发展核桃在保证面积的同时,加强近三年新发展区域管理管护和对盛果期核桃树的田间管理,逐渐对以往种植的核桃树进行高接换优,并进一步稳定资金补贴,完善政策机制；中期继续集中连片发展核桃种植面积和完善核桃发展产业链,明确核桃采收时间和技术手段,建立高效稳定的销售渠道,不断完善技术服务体系,提高服务水平,建立农业保险和自然灾害社会救助机制等,逐步把全县核桃产业发展推向市场机制。
[Abstract]:The nutrition value, health care function and economic benefit of walnut make the global demand of walnut rise year by year, and promote the vigorous development of the whole walnut industry. With the help of topographic map and GIS platform, the status quo of walnut planting area, management and protection, income, planting will in the future and other industries in the whole county were investigated statistically. The advantages and problems of developing walnut industry in Puxian were analyzed. The countermeasures for future development were put forward. The total area of walnut planting in the whole county was about 94951 mu. The area planted before 2010 (including the period of returning farmland to forest and the period of production team) accounted for the majority of the total walnut area. About 86% of the county area, are planted in sloping farmland, abandoned land, village boundary and other scattered areas, the retention rate is not high unattended. The distribution of walnut planted in recent five years is also relatively concentrated. The whole county has developed and planted new walnut trees in recent years, several of which have been paid attention to, such as Hongdao Township. Pucheng and many other villages of good growth, if the current walnut management, is expected to be 3-5 years later. The economic benefits of walnut in the whole county will be very considerable. At present, there are some advantages such as policy support and standardized walnut management system in the planting and development of walnut in Puxian County, but there are also some advantages such as scattered planting area and suitable trees. The growers lack the consciousness of developing walnut industry seriously. They pay more attention to the quality and brand of walnut, such as heavy building and light management, extensive management and the promotion of high quality walnut varieties without supervision and collection. The recent development of walnut in the county in the guarantee area, at the same time, to strengthen the management of the new development of the last three years, management and conservation of walnut trees in the fruit season field management. 4. Gradually, the walnut trees planted in the past were replaced by high grafting, and the fund subsidy was further stabilized, and the policy mechanism was improved. In the medium term, we will continue to focus on the development of walnut planting area and the development of the industrial chain of walnut, define the harvest time and technical means of walnut, establish efficient and stable sales channels, and continuously improve the technical service system. Improve the service level, establish agricultural insurance and natural disaster social relief mechanism, gradually promote the development of walnut industry in the county to the market mechanism.
