【摘要】：当前,随着社会的文明进步、人们对美好生活的追求,人们的日常需求逐渐回归于自然、环保、节能的品质。柞蚕和柞蚕丝作为纯天然的绿色生物材料,拥有优越的物理化学性质和生物性能,已经广泛运用于丝织、保健品、医疗医药等行业,并逐步被广大消费者所使用接受。本论文基于人们对健康、安全、环保的重视,并且认识到柞蚕系列产品广阔的市场发展前景,以野蚕系列健康产业作为研究对象,通过商业计划书的形式,较好的运用企业战略、营销管理和财务管理等知识理论,对野蚕系列健康产业项目进行详细的分析论述,最终形成较为完整的野蚕系列健康产业项目的商业计划书。以此来增强投资者的投资信心和获得商业银行对本项目贷款的认可,从而筹集项目必要的资金需求。本项目对项目的研究背景和研究意义做了详细的论述,介绍了主要原材料柞蚕的概况和采逸公司的生产经营状况,提出了关于项目建设与运营的相关方案,设定了项目的经济效益和企业文化建设目标。并在对项目的宏观环境分析的基础之上,运用SWOT分析法对企业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了归纳分析,得出项目的优势远大于劣势,并且外部环境十分有利。同时采用STP营销分析,对项目的质量、品牌和服务进行了定位后,分析其市场需求状况,制定合理的市场营销策略。本项目初始投资23296万元,其中自筹13296万元,银行贷款10000万元,综合偿债保证比2.74,偿债能力较强；投资利润率25.75%,具有较好的投资回报；财务投资回收期(动态)6.75年,财务投资回收期(静态)6.34年；净现值34523万元；财务内部收益率为32.51%,内部收益率远大于必要报酬率11.47%；由此可见野蚕系列健康产业项目的经济效益十分显著。同时经过对市场风险分析,最终认为本项目的风险较小。所以,“采逸公司”的野蚕系列健康产业对社会、对企业、和投资者都将是——“黄金”产业。
[Abstract]:At present, with the progress of social civilization, people's pursuit of a better life, the daily needs of people gradually return to nature, environmental protection, energy saving and quality. The tussah silk fabric as pure natural green biological material, has the physical and chemical properties and biological performance, has been widely used in silk, health care products, medical and pharmaceutical and other industries, and gradually be used to accept consumers. This paper based on the people's health, safety, environmental protection seriously, and to realize the market development prospect of tussah series products are vast, with wild range of health industry as the research object, through the form of a business plan, better use of corporate strategy, marketing and financial management the knowledge management theory, makes a detailed analysis on the different series of health industry projects, eventually formed a complete series of wild silkworm health industry project business plan to. To enhance the confidence of investors and commercial banks to obtain recognition of the project loan, so as to raise the necessary funds. The project requirement of the project background and significance of the research in detail, introduces the general situation of the main raw materials of Tussah and Caiyi company production management situation, put forward relevant solutions on the project the construction and operation, set the goal of economic efficiency and the enterprise culture construction projects. Based on the analysis of the macro environment of the project, using the SWOT analysis method of enterprise's advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats are analyzed.
