【摘要】：休闲产业作为全面提高人们生活质量的可持续发展性产业,在全球产业不断发展变化的今天,表现出稳定的增长势头。发展休闲产业正逐渐成为国内许多地区调整经济结构、转变发展方式的重要抓手。然而,与休闲产业发展水平和潜力不相协调的是目前国内对休闲产业的研究仍处在初级阶段,休闲产业基础理论体系尚未形成,休闲产业的规划缺乏理论指导。本文首先建立了休闲产业的基本理论框架,其次在分析吴中区环太湖地区休闲产业发展现状的基础上,进行了该地区休闲产业的结构研究和布局研究。本文的主要结论如下:一是在对休闲产业基本概念、分类等研究的基础上分析了休闲产业的发展及布局规律,总结出休闲产业的四种发展模式和四种布局模式;二是通过对吴中区环太湖地区休闲产业现状分析,合理选取重点行业,从而进行了休闲产业的产业链结构研究;三是通过对休闲产业布局敏感要素、产业布局形态的研究,构建了休闲产业与空间布局的衔接体系,并提出了吴中区环太湖地区休闲产业“一核”(金庭镇和东山镇组成的休闲核心圈)、“一轴”(环太湖休闲轴)、“两体”(度假区会奖度假休闲综合体和临湖温泉综合体)、“多地段”(22个休闲地段)的布局方案。
[Abstract]:Leisure industry as a comprehensive improvement of people's quality of life as a sustainable development industry, in the global industry continues to develop and change today. Showing steady growth momentum. The development of leisure industry is gradually becoming an important grasp of adjusting the economic structure and changing the mode of development in many areas of China. What does not coordinate with the development level and potential of leisure industry is that the domestic research on leisure industry is still in the primary stage, and the basic theoretical system of leisure industry has not yet been formed. The planning of leisure industry is lack of theoretical guidance. Firstly, this paper establishes the basic theoretical framework of leisure industry, and secondly, based on the analysis of the current situation of leisure industry development around Taihu Lake in Wuzhong District. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of the basic concept and classification of leisure industry, this paper analyzes the development and layout of leisure industry. The four development modes and four layout modes of leisure industry are summarized. Secondly, by analyzing the present situation of leisure industry around Taihu Lake in Wuzhong District, selecting the key industries reasonably, the structure of industry chain of leisure industry is studied. Third, through the study of the sensitive elements of leisure industry layout and the form of industrial layout, the paper constructs the connection system between leisure industry and spatial layout. And put forward Wuzhong District around Taihu area leisure industry "one core" (Jinting Town and Dongshan Town composed of leisure core circle, "one axis" (round Taihu Lake leisure axis). "two bodies" (Holiday area Award for Holiday Recreation complex and Lakeside Hot Spring complex), "multi-location" (22 leisure lots) layout scheme.
