我国光伏产业国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:自2008年以来我国光伏产业实现了突飞猛进的发展,光伏产业国际竞争力得到不断提升,国际市场占有率不断提高,但是随之而来的是美国、欧盟等国出于贸易保护的目的连续针对我国的光伏产品实施的“双反”调查,因此,针对当前我国光伏产业所面对的国际环境,比较分析我国光伏产业的国际竞争力显得尤为必要。本文首先从出口规模、市场结构和贸易摩擦三方面对我国光伏产业的出口贸易现状展开论述,随后为了进一步明确我国光伏产业国际竞争力水平,分别选取了国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数、显示性竞争力指数、出口增长优势指数和光伏产业贡献率五大指标来进行测度,并通过与日本、韩国、马来西亚、德国、法国、荷兰和美国进行了比较,较为全面地分析了我国光伏产业国际竞争力水平。接着运用多元线性回归方法,从七个方面分析了我国光伏产业的影响因素,并在此基础之上归纳总结出我国光伏产业发展过程中存在的产能过剩、创新不足、人才欠缺、市场不均等问题,文章最后从优化产业结构、转变发展模式、培育创新能力、推进产品市场多元化、强化政府职能等方面提出了我国应对光伏危机、提升未来光伏产业国际竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, China's photovoltaic industry has achieved a rapid development, the international competitiveness of photovoltaic industry has been continuously improved, the international market share has been increasing, but with it is the United States. For the purpose of trade protection, the European Union and other countries have continuously carried out "double-counter" surveys on photovoltaic products in China. Therefore, in view of the international environment facing the current photovoltaic industry in China, It is particularly necessary to compare and analyze the international competitiveness of China's photovoltaic industry. Firstly, this paper discusses the current situation of China's photovoltaic industry's export trade from the aspects of export scale, market structure and trade friction. Subsequently, in order to further clarify the level of international competitiveness of China's photovoltaic industry, the international market share, trade competitiveness index and indicative competitiveness index were selected respectively. The export growth advantage index and the contribution rate of the photovoltaic industry were measured and compared with Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the United States. The international competitiveness level of China's photovoltaic industry is analyzed in a comprehensive way, and then the influencing factors of China's photovoltaic industry are analyzed from seven aspects by using the method of multiple linear regression. On this basis, the paper summarizes the problems of overcapacity, shortage of innovation, talent shortage and market inequality in the development of photovoltaic industry in China. Finally, the article optimizes the industrial structure, changes the development model, and cultivates the innovation ability. The countermeasures and suggestions on how to deal with the photovoltaic crisis and enhance the international competitiveness of photovoltaic industry in the future are put forward in the aspects of promoting the diversification of product market and strengthening the functions of government.
