产业外部性对地区经济转型发展的影响——以浙江省为例

【摘要】：本文在研究产业外部性与地区经济转型发展的关系机理的基础上,采用浙江省2005-2014年制造业数据,分析了MAR外部性和Jacobs外部性对浙江省经济转型发展的影响。研究结果表明:随着经济发展水平的提高,MAR外部性对地区经济绩效的影响处于"N"型后半段,对产业结构的优化方面并不总是起促进作用;Jacobs外部性对经济绩效的影响随着经济发展水平的提高,由显著的负向影响转为显著的正向影响,对产业结构的影响在产业周期的不同阶段是不同的。最后,从产业集聚角度提出了加大资本技术投入、调整优化产业结构、完善外商投资政策、加强政府服务型职能、引进培育高层次复合型人才等建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the relationship between the externality of industry and the development of regional economy, this paper adopts the manufacturing data of Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2014. This paper analyzes the influence of MAR externality and Jacobs externality on the economic transformation and development of Zhejiang Province. The results show that with the improvement of economic development level, the influence of MAR externality on regional economic performance is in the second half of "N" type. The influence of Jacobs externality on economic performance is not always promoted by the optimization of industrial structure. With the improvement of economic development level, the significant negative effect is changed into the significant positive effect. The influence on the industrial structure is different in different stages of the industrial cycle. Finally, from the angle of industrial agglomeration, the paper proposes to increase the capital technical input, adjust and optimize the industrial structure, perfect the foreign investment policy, and strengthen the government service function.
