以产业金融为核心推动企业转型发展

【摘要】：正10月17日,宝钢"产融结合"培训班在人才开发院正式开班。这是继"产城结合"培训班后,宝钢又一个针对企业和员工转型发展而开设的培训项目。来自宝钢股份等单位的首批48名学员将通过为期两个半月的集中培训,系统学习金融相关专业知识,通过考核后走上全新的岗位。时任宝钢集团总经理、党委副书记的陈德荣(现任中国宝武钢铁集团有限公司总经理、董事、党委副书记)出席开班仪式。开班仪式上,宝钢金融系统党委书记王成然向学员们介绍了宝钢金融产业的发展背景、现状和前景,并强调了金融产业用人的"三个原则",即市场
[Abstract]:On October 17th, Baosteel's "combination of Industry and Finance" training course was officially opened in the Institute of Talent Development. Baosteel has another training program aimed at the transformation and development of enterprises and employees. The first batch of 48 students from Baosteel and other units will systematically study financial related professional knowledge through a two-and-a-half month intensive training. Chen Derong, then general manager of Baosteel Group and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, (currently general manager, director, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd), attended the opening ceremony. Wang Chengran, party secretary of the financial system of Baosteel, introduced to the students the development background, present situation and prospect of the financial industry of Baosteel, and emphasized the "three principles" of employing personnel in the financial industry, namely the market.
