海南省香蕉产业组织效率测度及影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着我国居民生活水平提高、健康意识增强,对香蕉的需求越来越多。我国香蕉种植历史较长,种植面积广阔,但单产量较低,规模小而分散,企业缺乏品牌意识,在国际竞争中处于劣势。因此如何提高香蕉产业组织效率来提升我国香蕉产业的国际竞争力是目前亟待解决的问题。本文依据海南省36个香蕉产业组织2011年—2013年的调查数据,运用SDEA模型和Malmquist指数模型来测算香蕉产业组织的效率值及其变化情况,从动态和静态两个视角进行对比分析。基于以上分析得出的结果,运用比较前沿的多层统计模型方法,将影响香蕉产业组织生产效率指数的微观因素和宏观因素同时纳入模型,试图探索组织内部对综合技术效率指数的影响,以及地区经济的发展是如何通过影响组织内部因素来影响香蕉产业组织的综合技术效率指数。研究结果表明：第一,海南省香蕉产业组织技术水平和管理水平的发展跟不上产业组织发展的速度,投入中产生了冗余和不足；第二,种植面积和地区人均GDP对香蕉产业组织效率有着正向影响,专职管理人员和地区城市化率对香蕉产业组织效率有着负影响。基于以上研究的结果,笔者对提高海南省香蕉产业组织效率提出了对策建议：提高生产技术水平和管理水平,优化管理人员结构；树立品牌意识,增加品牌效应；加快经济发展,提高地区人均GDP,预防城市化带来的阻碍。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards and health awareness, there is more and more demand for bananas in our country. The banana planting history in China is longer and the planting area is wide, but the single yield is lower, the scale is small and scattered, and the enterprises lack brand awareness. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of banana industry organization to enhance the international competitiveness of our banana industry is an urgent problem. Based on the survey data of 36 banana industry organizations in Hainan province from 2011 to 2013, the SDEA model and Malmquist index model were used to measure the efficiency and changes of banana industry organizations. Based on the results of the above analysis, the microcosmic and macroscopic factors affecting the production efficiency index of banana industry organization were brought into the model by using the multilayer statistical model method. This paper attempts to explore the influence of the internal organization on the comprehensive technical efficiency index and how the development of the regional economy can influence the comprehensive technical efficiency index of the banana industry organization through influencing the internal factors of the organization. The results show that: first, the technological level and management level of banana industry in Hainan Province can not keep up with the speed of industrial organization development, and there is redundancy and deficiency in the input. Planting area and per capita GDP had a positive effect on the efficiency of banana industry organization, while full-time managers and regional urbanization rate had a negative effect on the efficiency of banana industry organization. Based on the above research results, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of banana industry organization in Hainan Province: to improve the level of production technology and management, to optimize the structure of managers, to establish brand awareness and to increase brand effect; Speed up economic development, increase regional per capita GDP, and prevent the obstacles caused by urbanization.
