影响电子商务物流产业园效率的关键因素及运送链研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术和商业模式的创新与发展,电子商务逐步走入我们的生活,成为了引领经济增长的新引擎,与此同时快递产业蓬勃发展,电子商务物流产业园应运而生。电商物流产业园以集群的形式出现,具有扶持和培育在孵企业发展的职能,是电子商务领域中的一种崭新的市场模式。本文系统整理了电子商务物流产业园的相关理论和运行机制,为后续研究提供理论依据。通过对相关文献的梳理以及问卷的调查,获得与产业园效率相关的25个指标,在此基础上,对问卷调查结果进行信度效度检验,并结合四分图模型对指标进行可视化分析,科学论证了各个指标的重要与必要程度,得到影响电商物流产业园效率的关键指标,按结果排序依次为:政府的政策支持、快递企业运送链服务能力、基础设施投入、企业资源优势以及高水准人才的引入;针对政府的政策支持、基础设施投入、企业资源优势以及高水准人才的引入因素运用数据包络模型进行研究,运用系统动力学对快递企业运送链服务能力进行仿真模型分析。考虑到实体物流配送是电子商务发展的瓶颈问题,结合前期的基础,对产业园中快递企业运送链进行研究,针对快件运送成本、损坏率、完成时间、快递价格、信誉评价等因素,提出了运送链协作的快递新模式,并利用MATLAB软件对算例进行多目标求解,最终证明运送链协作下产业园中的快递企业综合服务能力有所提升。
[Abstract]:With the innovation and development of science and technology and business model, e-commerce has gradually entered our life and become a new engine leading to economic growth. At the same time, the rapid development of express delivery industry and the emergence of e-commerce logistics industry park emerge as the times require. E-commerce logistics industry park appears as a cluster with the function of supporting and cultivating the development of incubated enterprises. It is a new market model in the field of electronic commerce. This paper systematically arranges the related theory and operation mechanism of the electronic commerce logistics industry park, and provides the theoretical basis for the follow-up research. Through the survey of related literature and questionnaire, 25 indexes related to the efficiency of industrial park were obtained. On the basis of this, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results were tested, and the visual analysis of the indicators was carried out in combination with the quadrilateral graph model. This paper scientifically demonstrates the importance and necessity of each index, and obtains the key indicators that affect the efficiency of e-commerce logistics industry park. According to the results, the order is: government policy support, delivery chain service capacity of express delivery enterprises, infrastructure investment. The introduction of enterprise resource advantage and high standard talent, the research on government policy support, infrastructure investment, enterprise resource advantage and the introduction factor of high standard talent, using data envelopment model, The system dynamics is used to analyze the delivery chain service capability of express delivery enterprises. Considering that physical logistics distribution is the bottleneck of the development of electronic commerce, combined with the foundation of the early stage, the transportation chain of express delivery enterprises in the industrial park is studied, aiming at the delivery cost, damage rate, completion time, express price, Based on the credit evaluation and other factors, a new mode of express delivery chain cooperation is put forward, and the multi-objective solution is made by MATLAB software. Finally, it is proved that the integrated service ability of express delivery enterprises in the industry park has been improved under the cooperation of transportation chain.
