【摘要】：利用知识产权相关的产权制度为战略性新兴产业发展提供法律保护,对战略性新兴产业的发展起着至关重要的作用。具体而言,可通过谋划国家层面的知识产权助推战略,构建产业层面的知识产权助推创新体系,强化企业层面对知识产权的掌握和运用等措施,引领战略性新兴产业发展。
[Abstract]:The use of intellectual property right related property rights system to provide legal protection for the development of strategic emerging industries plays a vital role in the development of strategic emerging industries. In particular, we can plan the strategy of promoting intellectual property at the national level, construct the innovation system of intellectual property at the industrial level, strengthen the grasp and application of intellectual property at the enterprise level, and lead the development of strategic emerging industries.
