东莞市造纸产业转型升级路径分析

【摘要】：东莞市是中国加工制造业的核心重镇之一,在我国推进经济社会双转型战略的大背景下,分析研究如何积极淘汰落后产能,节能减排,应对国际经济形式变化,促进社会经济转型升级是地方经济发展的有效途径。近年来,东莞市为加快经济社会双转型,对五大支柱产业中的造纸产业进行"两高一低"产能淘汰,希望通过产业结构的调整,大力推动造纸产业集群的转型升级,并以技术创新为核心动力,努力实现经济与社会的持续、健康、快速发展。分析认为东莞市造纸产业作为广东的工业支柱,其存在及发展有其独特的经济价值和运营模式;东莞的造纸企业要在全省乃至全国的大浪淘沙中保持强大的竞争力,理顺和把握未来的发展方向,抓住历史的机遇,探索造纸产业发展路径的具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Dongguan is one of the core cities in China's processing manufacturing industry. Under the background of our country's strategy of promoting economic and social transformation, this paper analyzes and studies how to actively eliminate backward production capacity, save energy and reduce emissions, and cope with changes in international economic forms. To promote the social and economic transformation and upgrading is an effective way of local economic development. In recent years, in order to speed up the economic and social transformation, Dongguan has eliminated the "two high and one low" production capacity in the paper industry of the five pillar industries, hoping to promote the transformation and upgrading of the paper industry cluster through the adjustment of the industrial structure. And with technological innovation as the core power, strive to achieve sustained, healthy and rapid development of economy and society. The paper industry of Dongguan, as the pillar of Guangdong's industry, has its unique economic value and operation mode, and the paper making enterprises in Dongguan should maintain a strong competitive power in the whole province and even the whole country. It is of great practical significance to straighten out and grasp the future development direction, seize the historical opportunity and explore the development path of papermaking industry.
