唐山曹妃甸木材产业园区发展战略研究

【摘要】：木材在人民生活中扮演着扮演着越来越重要的角色。结合曹妃甸地区实际和产业基础,科学且结合实际地对曹妃甸木材产业园区发展战略进行制定,有助于提升木材产业在曹妃甸临港产业中的示范带动作用,对于促进曹妃甸地区发展具有重要意义。本文根据曹妃甸木材产业园区的实际,通过分析木材市场的政治和经济等宏观环境和木材产业面临的市场机遇、竞争对手,提出了曹妃甸木材产业园区目前存在的问题及解决方法。文章探讨了 PEST分析理论、SWOT分析方法、波特五力模型等内容,详细阐述了战略管理和产业园区的相关理论。文章总结了曹妃甸木材产业园区宏观环境和内部资源环境,全方位剖析了木材产业园区面临的战略环境。通过SWOT分析法,对木材产业园区面临的SWOT四方面因素进行了详细阐述,从而制定了木材产业园区发展的目标与定位,提出了差异化、招商营销、人才高地和软环境发展战略,最后从优化园区空间布局、加大招商引资、建立人才储备、完善配套设施和强化园区文化建设等五方面提出曹妃甸木材产业园区战略的实施措施。
[Abstract]:Timber plays an increasingly important role in people's lives. Combined with the actual and industrial basis of Caofeidian area, the development strategy of Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park is formulated scientifically and practically, which will help to promote the role of the timber industry in the Caofeidian port industry. It is of great significance to promote the development of Caofeidian area. According to the reality of Caofeidian Wood Industry Park, this paper analyzes the macro environment of the timber market, such as politics and economy, and the market opportunities faced by the timber industry. The existing problems and solutions of the wood industry park in Caofeidian are put forward. This paper discusses the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, and expounds the relevant theories of strategic management and industrial park in detail. This paper summarizes the macro environment and internal resource environment in Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park, and analyzes the strategic environment facing the Timber Industrial Park. Through the analysis of SWOT, this paper expounds in detail the four aspects of SWOT faced by the wood industry park, and formulates the target and orientation of the development of the wood industry park, and puts forward the development strategy of differentiation, investment and marketing, talent highland and soft environment. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation measures of Caofeidian Timber Industrial Park strategy from five aspects, such as optimizing the space layout of the park, increasing the investment, establishing the talent reserve, perfecting the supporting facilities and strengthening the construction of the park culture.
