集聚视角下要素流动与产业演化

【摘要】：本文在集聚视角下对要素流动引起产业演化的微观机制进行研究,运用产业组织理论、产业演化理论,建立了单一要素流动模型、多要素互动动态模型和集群视角下产业演化模型,分析了多要素流动的微观动力和相互作用,以及在非流动要素调节下多要素流动如何引发产业演化和升级。通过研究得出如下结论:在非流动性要素中,软环境的作用至关重要;产业集群的"要素洼地"效应、"自我集聚"效应和"要素锁定"效应,促进要素集聚,引发产业规模增大;集群内"裂变"效应、社会网络资源和集群的开放性形成集群演化升级的基础;技术创新是集群能否升级的决定因素。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the micro mechanism of industrial evolution caused by factor flow is studied from the perspective of agglomeration, and a single factor flow model is established by using industrial organization theory and industrial evolution theory. Based on the dynamic model of multi-factor interaction and the industrial evolution model from the perspective of cluster, this paper analyzes the micro-power and interaction of multi-factor flow, and how the multi-factor flow leads to industrial evolution and upgrading under the non-flowing factor regulation. Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: among the illiquid factors, the role of soft environment is very important, the "factor depression" effect, "self-agglomeration" effect and "factor locking" effect of industrial cluster promote the factor agglomeration. The industrial scale increases; the "fission" effect in the cluster, the social network resources and the openness of the cluster form the basis of the cluster evolution and upgrading; the technological innovation is the decisive factor of whether the cluster can be upgraded.
