产业集聚区转型发展亟待人才支撑

【摘要】：人才服务作为产业经济不可分割的组成部分,在中国经济进入"新常态"之后的关键时期将会发挥越来越重要的作用,但随之而来的产业转型和结构调整也将对人才服务工作提出更高、更新的要求。
[Abstract]:As an integral part of the industrial economy, talent service will play a more and more important role in the critical period after the Chinese economy enters the "new normal". However, the following industrial transformation and structural adjustment will also put forward higher and newer requirements for talent service.
