福建自贸区与台湾自经区现代服务业对接研究

【摘要】：福建自贸区与台湾自经区现代服务业对接的意义在于可在次区域合作基础上先行先试两岸服务贸易自由化;有助于福建自贸区和台湾自经区两区产业合作和协同发展。福建自贸区与台湾自经区现代服务业对接的路径有:推进两区航运、物流对接合作;推进两区金融服务对接合作;推进两区跨境电商产业集聚发展;推进两区旅游服务对接合作;推进两区医疗服务对接合作;推进两区教育、文创对接合作。福建自贸区与台湾自经区现代服务业对接应确立两区现代服务业重点对接业态;创新两区现代服务业政策协调机制;加强两区现代服务业信息监管对接;协调推进自贸区三片区建设。
[Abstract]:The significance of the docking of modern service industry between Fujian Free Trade Zone and Taiwan Economic Free Trade Zone is that the liberalization of service trade between the two sides of the strait can be tried first on the basis of sub-regional cooperation, which is helpful to the industrial cooperation and coordinated development between Fujian Free Trade Zone and Taiwan Economic and Trade region. The paths of modern service industry docking between Fujian Free Trade Zone and Taiwan Free Trade Zone are as follows: promoting the cooperation of shipping and logistics docking between the two regions, promoting the docking cooperation of financial services between the two regions, promoting the development of cross-border ecommerce industry agglomeration in the two regions; To promote the cooperation of tourism service docking between the two regions; to promote the docking cooperation of medical services between the two regions; to promote education in the two regions; and to promote the docking cooperation between the two regions. Establishing the key docking mode of modern service industry between Fujian Free Trade Zone and Taiwan's Self-Economic Zone, innovating the policy coordination mechanism of modern service industry in the two regions, strengthening the information supervision and regulation of modern service industry in the two regions; Coordinate and promote the construction of the three zones of the Free Trade Zone.
