【摘要】：一个国家的繁荣富强很大程度上依赖于其最宝贵的资源——国民的健康。而中国的复兴之路更是得益于亿万国民的强健体魄，才有了更广阔的发展空间。但当今的中国，“健康”这一宝贵资源却变得不可持续化。生存环境恶化、社会压力加大、医疗信息的不对称等因素让中国人民的健康不容乐观。面对经济发展与身体健康的冲突，“健康管理”应运而生。健康管理于20世纪80年代初在美国兴起，至今没有举世公认的定义。健康管理目的是提高生活生命质量，控制医疗费用，提高全民的健康素质。它将“健康”的概念从个人问题转化为社会问题，适应了当下的社会语境，成为非常具有研究价值的命题。本文将以广州市的市民为研究对象，运用马斯洛需求层次理论为理论基础，通过对他们个人基本健康情况和医疗保健满意程度及其对健康管理服务看法的分析，挖掘并讨论了广州市民与现有医疗保健体系的矛盾的深层原因，提出以健康管理为基础的可操作性强的对策。最后，，依据讨论结论，对健康管理服务产业提出了相应的优化建议，从而为广州市乃至全国更好的推行健康管理概念提供有效的参考依据。广州市是改革的前沿，悠久的历史，有着敢为人先的人文精神，因此，在广州市研讨健康管理课题具有一定的代表性。研究和解决这一课题不但对广州市健康管理服务产业的进一步发展有重要意义，而且能为中国其他地区研究该课题提供借鉴和新的思路。
[Abstract]:A country's prosperity depends largely on its most precious resource, the health of its people. And the road of China's rejuvenation is thanks to the strong physique of hundreds of millions of people, only then has the broader development space. But in today's China, the precious resource of health has become unsustainable. The deterioration of living environment, the increasing social pressure and the asymmetry of medical information make the health of Chinese people not optimistic. Faced with the conflict between economic development and physical health, "health management" came into being. Health management began in the early 1980 s in the United States, and there is no universally accepted definition. The aim of health management is to improve the quality of life, to control medical expenses and to improve the health quality of the whole people. It transforms the concept of "health" from personal problems to social problems, adapts to the current social context and becomes a topic of great research value. This paper will take the citizens of Guangzhou as the research object, apply Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis, through the analysis of their personal basic health condition, the degree of satisfaction of medical care and their views on health management services. This paper excavates and discusses the deep causes of the contradiction between Guangzhou citizens and the existing medical and health care system, and puts forward some operable countermeasures based on health management. Finally, according to the conclusion of the discussion, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions for the health management service industry, thus providing an effective reference for Guangzhou and even the whole country to better carry out the concept of health management. Guangzhou is the front of the reform, has a long history, and has the humanistic spirit of being the first, so it is representative to study the subject of health management in Guangzhou. To study and solve this problem is not only of great significance to the further development of Guangzhou's health management service industry, but also can provide reference and new ideas for other regions of China to study this subject.
