基于人才需求变化的高职经管类专业人才培养模式的创新对策研究

【摘要】：经济发展对高职经管类人才规格的需求变化是高职经管类专业人才培养模式设计的基础。本文的研究发现:伴随经济发展,我国高职经管类专业的人才需求规模和结构均发生变化。本文的结论是:我国高职经管类专业的人才培养目标应结合其人才需求的规模和结构变化来确定,并在该变化下来探索和研究我国高职经管类专业人才培养模式的创新对策。
[Abstract]:The demand of economic development for higher vocational economic management talents is the basis of the design of talent training model for higher vocational economics and management specialties. The research in this paper finds that: with the development of economy, The scale and structure of talent demand for higher vocational economics and management major in our country have changed. The conclusion of this paper is that the talent training target of economic management specialty in higher vocational education should be determined according to the scale and structure change of talent demand in higher vocational education. At the same time, this paper explores and studies the innovative countermeasures of the training mode of the economic management specialty in higher vocational education in our country.
