生态产业链网络均衡研究

【摘要】:发展生态工业是促进经济、环境和社会协调可持续发展的有效途径。生态工业园建设是构建生态产业体系的重要内容,而生态产业链是生态工业园建设的核心和基础。生态产业链是一种新型的生产组织架构,是通过仿照自然生态系统中的物质循环方式与生物群体之间的竞争与共生模式,使不同企业之问形成共享资源(原料、能源、基础设施、信息、资金、人才)和互换副产品,使上游企业生产过程中产生的副产品或废弃物成为下游企业生产的原料,从而实现园区各企业经济与环境效益的最大化。 企业加入园区进而融入生态产业链之中的经济激励主要来源于各企业间能进行物质循环和资源再生,从而可以节省能源、原材料、运输、处置和排放污染物的相关费用及有效的应对相关法规的约束。因此,生态产业链是一种基于价值变化的网络结构,要维持这种复杂网络的平稳运行,一方面要追求网络总体效益最大化,另一方面还需要考虑到网络中各企业既有合作又存在竞争关系,这就需要研究生态产业链各企业之间利益均衡问题。目前,国内外对生态产链的研究成果比较多,但从网络均衡的视角考虑很少。本文以均衡理论和变分不等式理论为工具,构建了由生产者企业、消费者企业、分解者企业和需求市场组成的生态产业链网络均衡模型,并给出了相关的案例分析。 本文首先对相关的研究进行了综述,介绍了相关的基础理论;其次,模仿自然生态系统中的生产者、消费者和分解者针对具有多产品(主副产品和废弃物)多层次的生态产业链网络结构,分别对各层决策者的独立决策行为及其相互作用进行分析,利用变分不等式得到各层均衡条件并给出相应的经济解释,进而得到系统变分不等式模型和均衡条件并确定系统中各层决策者之间的交易价格与交易量;再次,在分析模型解的存在性前提下通过构造三个案例验证了模型的正确性和合理性,并分别对各个案例的均衡结果进行深入剖析,主要在于体现生态产业链的工业共生本质;同时,求解得到的均衡交易量和均衡价格对生态产业链的企业决定其生产规模和销售价格等均有一定的指导意义。 在构建了生态产业链网络均衡模型的基础上,本文针对其成员目标单一的情况,尝试将多目标决策引入生态产业链,综合考虑生态产业链系统成员的利润最大化、风险最小化和关系价值最大化进而建立多目标生态产业链网络均衡模型,此模型对进一步研究并深化生态产业链网络均衡模型有一定的推动作用。通过本文研究,以期为生态工业园中生态产业链的建设提供理论和可操作的决策参考。
[Abstract]:The development of ecological industry is an effective way to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of economy, environment and society. Eco-industrial chain is the core and foundation of eco-industrial park construction. Eco-industrial chain is a new production organization structure, and it is based on the competition and symbiosis between biological groups and material circulation mode in natural ecosystem. To form shared resources (raw materials, energy, infrastructure, information, funds, talents) and exchange by-products between different enterprises, so that by-products or wastes produced in the production process of upstream enterprises become raw materials produced by downstream enterprises, Thus, the economic and environmental benefits of the enterprises in the park are maximized. The economic incentive for enterprises to join the park and integrate into the eco-industrial chain mainly comes from the material circulation and resource regeneration among enterprises, which can save energy, raw materials and transportation. The costs associated with the disposal and discharge of pollutants and their effective response to the constraints of relevant laws and regulations. Therefore, the eco-industrial chain is a network structure based on value change, to maintain the smooth operation of this complex network, On the one hand, to maximize the overall benefits of the network, on the other hand, we also need to take into account the cooperation and competition among the enterprises in the network, which requires the study of the balance of interests among the enterprises in the ecological industrial chain. There are many researches on ecological production chain at home and abroad, but few are considered from the perspective of network equilibrium. In this paper, we construct producer enterprises and consumer enterprises by means of equilibrium theory and variational inequality theory. The network equilibrium model of ecological industrial chain composed of decomposer enterprise and demand market is presented, and the relevant case analysis is given. This paper first summarizes the relevant studies and introduces the relevant basic theories. Secondly, it imitates the producers in the natural ecosystem. Consumers and decomposers analyze the independent decision-making behavior of decision makers at all levels and their interactions with the multi-level network structure of eco-industrial chains with multiple products (main, by-products and wastes). By using variational inequalities, the equilibrium conditions of each layer are obtained and the corresponding economic explanations are given, and then the variational inequality model and equilibrium conditions of the system are obtained and the transaction price and trading volume among the decision makers in each layer of the system are determined. On the premise of analyzing the existence of the model solution, the correctness and rationality of the model are verified by constructing three cases, and the equilibrium results of each case are analyzed in depth, which mainly reflects the industrial symbiotic nature of the ecological industrial chain; at the same time, The obtained equilibrium trading volume and equilibrium price have certain guiding significance for the enterprises of ecological industrial chain to decide their production scale and sales price. On the basis of constructing the equilibrium model of eco-industry chain, this paper tries to introduce multi-objective decision into eco-industry chain, considering the profit maximization of the member of eco-industry chain. Risk minimization and relationship value maximization are used to establish a multi-objective eco-industrial chain network equilibrium model, which can promote the further study and deepening of eco-industry chain network equilibrium model. In order to provide theoretical and operational decision-making reference for the construction of ecological industrial chain in EIP.
