【摘要】： 本文从中国经济发展的实际出发，以产业经济理论为基础，以可持续发展为主线，采用比较分析、实证分析等方法，探讨和研究中国实施可持续发展战略的产业选择问题，构建出中国经济可持续发展的产业基本框架。全文共分三部分，十一章。第一部分，可持续发展战略与产业选择的理论认识。主要分析研究中国实施可持续发展战略的紧迫性和必要性，指出产业结构调整和产业选择的重要作用。共分三章：第一章，可持续发展：中国21世纪发展战略的必然选择；第二章，产业结构调整与可持续发展战略；第三章，实施可持续发展战略产业选择的要求。第二部分，振兴和发展新兴产业。主要分析研究高技术产业与相关新兴产业的发展状况，，探索构建产业体系的有效途径。共分五章：第一章，高技术产业是实施可持续发展战略的引擎产业；第二章，科研、教育产业是实施可持续发展战略的先导产业；第三章，文化、体育产业是实施可持续发展战略的优势产业；第四章，信息产业是实施可持续发展战略的主导产业；第五章，环保产业是实施可持续发展战略的支柱产业。第三部分，改造和提高传统产业。主要分析研究我国传统产业的发展状况，探索其改造和提高的路径。共分三章：第一章，农业的改造和提高是实施可持续发展战略的基础；第二章，工业的改造和提高是实施可持续发展战略的根本；第三章，服务业创新是实施可持续发展战略的关键。
