【摘要】：供给侧结构性改革强调提升供给端的质量和效率,提高和发展社会生产力水平。2017年是供给侧结构性改革的深化之年,不仅要继续深化落实"三去一降一补"的基本措施,也要着重推进农业供给侧结构性改革、振兴实体经济以及促进房地产市场的平稳健康发展。深化供给侧结构性改革的理论依据来自于马克思主义政治经济学,其目标是解放和发展社会生产力,最终落实到坚持以人民为中心的马克思主义政治经济学根本立场。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform emphasizes improving the quality and efficiency of the supply-side and improving and developing the level of social productive forces. 2017 is the year of deepening the supply-side structural reform, and not only should we continue to deepen the basic measures of "three go, one go, one decrease and one supplement," We should also focus on promoting structural reform on the supply side of agriculture, revitalizing the real economy and promoting the steady and healthy development of the real estate market. The theoretical basis for deepening the structural reform on the supply side comes from Marxist political economy. Its goal is to liberate and develop the social productive forces and finally to adhere to the fundamental position of Marxist political economy centered on the people.
