个体偏好异质性与公共物品私人供给的分析

【摘要】:本文从个体效用最大化策略的个体出发,建立模型分析在多轮重复博弈情况下个体对公共物品的私人供给水平。首先在不考虑个体异质性因素情况下引入公共物品的最低供给水平,可供使用自然资源尚未枯竭时,有最低投入临界的情况下,一期决策的经济人非合作均衡与个体间差异无关。在个体对公共物品产出的努力水平满足无条件的最低供给情况下,依个体效用最大化策略同时行动的个体也还有可能会出现不合作的情况,这时他们的决策与个体偏好差异有关。接下来用贴现率表征个体对公共物品的偏好,通过设定拟线性效用函数和Cobb-Douglas效用函数考察集体规模和合作提供公共物品的关系。本文得出结论,,集体的规模扩大对合作策略的选择影响不是很大,即使是在较大规模的集体中保持集体物品最优供给的合作也是存在的。在重复博弈的集体当中,存在一个能使合作解持续的贴现率,并且如果个体更加偏好长远利益,那么在规模较大的集体中仍然存在合作均衡解。
[Abstract]:Starting from the individual of individual utility maximization strategy, this paper establishes a model to analyze the level of individual private supply to public goods in the case of multi-round repeated game.First of all, when the minimum supply level of public goods is introduced without taking into account individual heterogeneity, and when the natural resources available for use are not exhausted, when there is a critical minimum input,The non-cooperative equilibrium of economic man in one-stage decision-making has nothing to do with individual differences.When the individual's effort to produce public goods satisfies the unconditional minimum supply, the individual who acts simultaneously according to the individual utility maximization strategy may also have the situation of non-cooperation.Their decisions are then related to differences in individual preferences.Then the discount rate is used to express the individual preference for public goods, and the relationship between collective scale and cooperative provision of public goods is investigated by setting quasilinear utility function and Cobb-Douglas utility function.This paper concludes that the enlargement of collective scale has little influence on the choice of cooperative strategy, and even the cooperation to maintain the optimal supply of collective goods in a larger collective exists.There is a discount rate which can make the cooperative solution sustainable in the repeated game group, and if the individual is more inclined to long-term interests, then there is still a cooperative equilibrium solution in the larger group.
