【摘要】： 本篇论文以中国人民币汇率变化对中国经济增长中的作用为研究对象，目的在于实证分析人民币汇率大幅度贬值与经济因素之间的关系，进一步研究目前中国外汇制度改革中正在变化的中国人民币汇率制度的发展方向及政策。开放经济条件下，，人民币汇率作为中国宏观经济的重要变量，也是经济运行的重要工具。本文根据宏观经济学的基本理论，分析人民币汇率变化与中国经济变量之间的相互关系。系统地研究人民币汇率变迁的历程、人民币汇率的决定因素、人民币汇率与经常项目、人民币汇率与资本项目、人民币汇率与其他经济变量(物价、居民收入、经济结构、劳动生产力等)之间的关系。人民币汇率变化，直接反映着中国经济增长。人民币汇率5次大幅度贬值时期，显现出中国经济因素的变化与经济增长率的变化。人民币汇率贬值对中国经济增长有一定的贡献，但还存在着一些问题。而且，关于自由浮动汇率的发展趋势有些问题还需要解决。在以上研究基础上提出“入世”之前的人民币汇率政策建议。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between the large depreciation of RMB exchange rate and economic factors.This paper further studies the developing direction and policy of China's RMB exchange rate system, which is changing in the reform of China's foreign exchange system.Under the condition of open economy, RMB exchange rate, as an important variable of China's macro economy, is also an important tool of economic operation.Based on the basic theory of macroeconomics, this paper analyzes the relationship between the change of RMB exchange rate and Chinese economic variables.A systematic study of the course of RMB exchange rate changes, the determinants of RMB exchange rate, RMB exchange rate and current account, RMB exchange rate and capital account, RMB exchange rate and other economic variables (prices, residents' income, economic structure),The relationship between labor productivity, etc.The change of RMB exchange rate directly reflects China's economic growth.The change of Chinese economic factors and the change of economic growth rate appear in the period of RMB exchange rate devaluing five times.RMB depreciation has contributed to China's economic growth, but there are still some problems.Moreover, there are some problems to be solved about the trend of free floating exchange rate.On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on RMB exchange rate policy before WTO entry.
