[Abstract]:The proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, adopted by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is a guide for action for economic and social development in the next five years. It is the programmatic document of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The five principles of innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing put forward in this programmatic document, which directly confront the realistic problems of China's economic and social development, with a strong sense of problem, are committed to solving the difficult problems of development and strengthening the momentum for development. The development advantage of thick planting has become the guiding ideology and central clue of formulating the 13th five-year plan of national economy and social development. The new concept of development, which consists of five aspects: innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, is in fact determined.
