论工作对于个体认同的意义

【摘要】：工作作为个体本质力量的对象化、最具社会意义的个体活动以及确立、标识个体社会地位的要素,具有个体认同价值;工作作为在本体意义上把个人变成个体的方式、以货币为回报的有酬劳动和构建个体生存结构的力量,是个体认同的最重要形式;工作认同使个体深入到社会结构中确证和发展其主体性,建构个体自我的社会性内容,对个体的生活规划、生命样式和生活意义的选择产生深刻影响。以工作实现个体认同,个体要面对工作价值的不确定性、工作的悖论性关系以及工作的机会成本等带来的挑战,如何在工作中"做命运的主人"成为个体认同的关键。
[Abstract]:Work, as the object of individual essential power, the most significant individual activity and the element that establishes and marks the individual social status, has the value of individual identity, and work, as the way of turning individual into individual in the sense of Noumenon, is the most important form of individual identity in the form of paid labor in return for money and the construction of individual survival structure. Work identity makes individuals go deep into the social structure to confirm and develop their subjectivity, and construct the social content of individual self, which has a profound impact on individual life planning, life style and the choice of life meaning. In order to realize individual identity with work, individuals have to face the challenges brought about by the uncertainty of work value, the contradictory relationship of work and the opportunity cost of work. How to "be the master of fate" in work becomes the key to individual identity.
