重庆农业面源污染的环境库兹涅茨曲线评价

【摘要】：为探究重庆农业经济增长与农业面源污染之间的演替规律,为重庆市制定农业环境政策和农业的可持续发展提供依据,根据1995-2008年重庆市农业经济发展主要指标和农业面源污染物排放量的统计资料,采用环境库兹涅茨曲线模型,分析重庆市农民人均年收入与主要污染物排放量的相关关系。结果表明,重庆市农民人均年收入与农业面源污染物排放量之间存在显著的"倒U型"曲线关系,重庆市农业面源污染整体已经进入转折期,但农业生产的地域性及农业环境政策的实施状况都可能对这种趋势产生一定的影响,重庆的农业环境保护在较长的一段时期内仍将面临着经济快速增长、环境质量改善和环境风险防范三重压力。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the succession law between agricultural economic growth and agricultural non-point source pollution in Chongqing, and to provide the basis for the formulation of agricultural environmental policy and the sustainable development of agriculture in Chongqing. According to the main indicators of agricultural economic development in Chongqing from 1995 to 2008 and the statistical data of agricultural non-point source pollutant emissions, the environmental Kuznets curve model is used. This paper analyzes the correlation between the per capita income of farmers and the discharge of major pollutants in Chongqing. The results show that there is a significant "inverted U-shaped" curve relationship between the per capita annual income of farmers and the discharge of agricultural non-point source pollutants in Chongqing. The agricultural non-point source pollution in Chongqing has entered a turning point, but the regional nature of agricultural production and the implementation of agricultural environmental policies may have a certain impact on this trend. The agricultural environmental protection in Chongqing will still face the triple pressure of rapid economic growth, environmental quality improvement and environmental risk prevention in a long period of time.
