天津港邮轮产业发展策略研究

【摘要】：现代邮轮产业诞生于20世纪60年代,经过几十年的发展,已经成为一个非常成熟的产业。中国邮轮产业的发展起步于70年代,至今已经走过了40个年头。中国发展邮轮旅游经济对促进自身旅游业及相关产业的增长具有重要的战略意义。天津国际邮轮母港是天津发展邮轮产业经济的核心,邮轮港口企业的发展水平决定了这个地区邮轮产业以及相关联的其他产业的发展水平。本文对世界邮轮经济的发展历史和现状进行回顾,并对邮轮产业未来的发展做出初步判断。结合我国国内邮轮产业的发展现状,特别是国内主要邮轮港口的发展情况,有针对性地对天津邮轮码头运营企业在运营过程中存在的制约长远发展的因素进行剖析。邮轮产业的发展因其涉及因素广泛,相关产业众多,对于长期以传统码头经营思路来运作的企业来说,并不容易做出转变。因此,本文作者仅以宏观的角度提出了可供天津邮轮码头企业在今后的发展过程中深入进行探讨的建议,为企业的可持续发展提供参考。本文主要分为三个部分的内容：第一部分主要对邮轮产业的发展里程进行回顾。从宏观的角度上介绍了邮轮产业的发展背景、邮轮产业的发展构成以及国际邮轮产业的发展现状。第二部分主要对我国邮轮产业发展的状况进行了详细的介绍,并对比介绍了国内主要邮轮码头的情况,从天津邮轮产业的起步、天津邮轮港口的发展情况以及存在的问题三个方面来介绍天津邮轮产业的情况。第三部分针对天津邮轮母港目前的运营现状以及经营战略的制定中所存在的问题,提出企业必须以高起点、高水平为原则来制定自身的经营战略决策的观点,并且提出具体建议。
[Abstract]:The modern cruise industry was born in the 1960s. After decades of development, it has become a very mature industry. The development of China's cruise industry started in the 1970 s and has been through 40 years. The development of cruise tourism economy in China is of strategic significance to promote the growth of tourism and related industries. Tianjin International Cruise Port is the core of Tianjin's development of cruise industry economy. The development level of cruise port enterprises determines the development level of cruise industry and other related industries in this area. This paper reviews the history and present situation of the world cruise economy, and makes a preliminary judgment on the future development of the cruise industry. Combined with the present situation of domestic cruise industry in China, especially the development of main domestic cruise ports, this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the long-term development of Tianjin cruise terminal operation enterprises. The development of cruise industry because of its wide range of factors, related industries, for a long time to the traditional wharf operation of enterprises, it is not easy to make changes. Therefore, the author only puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Tianjin cruise wharf enterprises from a macro point of view, and provides a reference for the sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part reviews the development of cruise industry. This paper introduces the background of the development of the cruise industry, the composition of the development of the cruise industry and the present situation of the development of the international cruise industry from a macro point of view. The second part mainly introduces the development of the cruise industry in China in detail, and compares the situation of the main cruise terminals in China, starting from the start of the cruise industry in Tianjin. The development and existing problems of Tianjin cruise port are introduced in this paper. In the third part, according to the current operating situation of Tianjin cruise port and the problems existing in the formulation of the management strategy, the author points out that the enterprise must make its own strategic decision with the principle of high starting point and high level. And put forward concrete suggestion.
