国际海运碳交易政策影响大宗商品国际贸易机制研究——以中国铁矿石贸易为例

【摘要】：从贸易成本的视角出发,构造国际运输市场局部均衡模型,分析了碳交易政策对大宗商品国际贸易的影响。理论分析表明,国际海运碳交易机制不仅会抑制碳排放、有效提升环境质量,也将抑制国际贸易发展。而以中国铁矿石贸易为例的模拟分析表明,在合理的碳排放权价格区间内,国际海运碳交易政策能够实现较为显著的减排,并小幅削减中国铁矿石进口贸易量;碳交易对国际贸易的影响程度与燃油价格密切相关,燃油能源价格越低,碳交易政策对国际贸易的影响也越大。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of trade cost, the partial equilibrium model of international transportation market is constructed, and the influence of carbon trading policy on international trade of commodities is analyzed. Theoretical analysis shows that the international marine carbon trading mechanism will not only suppress carbon emissions, improve environmental quality effectively, but also inhibit the development of international trade. Taking China's iron ore trade as an example, the simulation analysis shows that in a reasonable price range of carbon emission rights, the international maritime carbon trading policy can achieve a more significant emission reduction, and slightly reduce China's iron ore import volume; The impact of carbon trading on international trade is closely related to the price of fuel. The lower the price of fuel energy, the greater the impact of carbon trading policies on international trade.
