【摘要】:风景旅游资源的整合开发研究,对于区域内的风景旅游经济的发展具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。本文是在徐州市风景旅游资源及旅游业发展现状调查的基础上,,通过对风景旅游资源的整合开发研究,为进一步提高徐州市风景旅游资源的系统性、整体性、协调性和可持续发展性提供参考依据,从而提高风景旅游产品的竞争力,实现区域风景旅游资源效益最大化。 本文以风景旅游资源整合与开发等相关理论为支撑,通过对风景旅游资源基础条件、整合开发条件分析及SOWT分析,提出徐州市风景旅游资源整合开发的障碍性、可能性和指导思想、原则、技术路线以及对策建议等。针对徐州市风景旅游业发展现状,提出“汉源徐州、鼓动世界”的旅游宣传形象定位和“文化古都,宜居家园、魅力徐州”的总体形象定位,并系统的设计出以“汉文化为核心,山水景观为骨架,生态旅游为脉络,特色旅游为节点”的风景旅游空间布局。整合出六种主题线路,即以访古(汉文化)旅游、山水旅游、度假旅游为主体产品,以风情旅游、宗教旅游、红色旅游为特色产品。 第一章绪论部分,首先介绍文章研究的背景,对象,以及现阶段的研究状况、研究目的和意义。 第二章是通过了解国内外风景旅游资源整合开发现状,结合相关文献资料对风景旅游资源的相关概念进行阐述。 第三章是对徐州市风景旅游资源所涵盖的自然情况、社会资源、人文资源、交通区位等进行基础调查、分析与评价。 第四章是对徐州市风景旅游资源存在的问题进行分析研究,如风景旅游资源存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战分析,整合开发的障碍性和可行性分析等。 第五章是针对徐州市风景旅游资源存在的问题提出整合开发的指导思想、发展定位和发展战略,同时提出相关整合开发的相关对策和保障措施。 第六章为结论部分,对全文进行了总结和归纳。
[Abstract]:The research on the integration and development of scenic tourism resources has certain guiding and referential significance for the development of scenic tourism economy in the region. This paper is based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of tourism resources and tourism in Xuzhou City. Through the research on the integration and development of landscape tourism resources, this paper provides a reference for further improving the system, integrity, coordination and sustainable development of the tourism resources in Xuzhou. In order to improve the competitiveness of landscape tourism products, to maximize the benefits of regional landscape tourism resources. Based on the related theories of the integration and development of scenic tourism resources, this paper analyzes the basic conditions, integrated development conditions and SOWT analysis of scenic tourism resources. This paper puts forward the obstacles, possibilities and guiding ideology, principles, technical routes and countermeasures of the integrated development of tourism resources in Xuzhou. In view of the present situation of the development of landscape tourism in Xuzhou, the paper puts forward "Xuzhou, Hanyuan". Agitating the world's tourism publicity image positioning and "cultural ancient capital, livable home, charm Xuzhou" overall image positioning, and a systematic design of "Han culture as the core, landscape as the skeleton." The spatial layout of landscape tourism with ecotourism as the thread and characteristic tourism as the node integrates six kinds of theme routes, that is to say, the main products are visiting ancient (Han culture) tourism, landscape tourism and holiday tourism, and the tourism is based on customs and amorous feelings. Religious tourism, red tourism as a characteristic product. The first chapter introduces the background, object, current situation, purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter is through understanding the domestic and foreign landscape tourism resources integration and development situation, combined with the relevant literature to explain the related concepts of landscape tourism resources. The third chapter is the basic investigation, analysis and evaluation of the natural situation, social resources, human resources, traffic location and so on. Chapter 4th analyzes the problems existing in the tourism resources of Xuzhou city, such as the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the tourism resources, the obstacles and feasibility analysis of integrated development, and so on. Chapter 5th puts forward the guiding ideology, development orientation and development strategy for the problems existing in the landscape tourism resources of Xuzhou City, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and safeguard measures for the related integrated development at the same time. Chapter 6th is the conclusion part, the full text is summarized and summarized.
