【摘要】:休闲旅游这几年在中国呈现出迅猛的发展势态,是当前旅游业的最热门的方向之一。休闲旅游相较于传统旅游,更加聚焦游客在整个旅游过程中的体验和旅游感受。休闲旅游一方面成为人们远离熟悉环境、获得愉悦感受的载体;另一方面由于休闲旅游本身的产品附加值高,有利于改善目的地的自然和人文环境和基础设施条件,对当地相关产业有着巨大的连带提升作用,因此许多地区近几年来都在积极发展休闲旅游业。江西旅游资源种类十分丰富,休闲旅游资源多种多样,拥有一批有着较高知名度的休闲旅游景点和旅游项目,有发展休闲旅游先天资本条件。但目前在发展过程中出现了一些需要解决的问题。休闲旅游产品之于旅游者,可以满足旅游者追求个性化的消费心理,尽可能提高他们的满意度,创造高的重游率,又可以促进旅游目的地加快基础设施的建设,改善当地人居环境,在不需要更多投入的情况下为江西旅游业的发展注入新的活力,从而成为江西旅游业发展的最佳接续产品。 本文从休闲及休闲旅游发展的理论研究入手,在研究和总结了现阶段国内外不同学者对休闲旅游的理论研究的基础上,引出本文的理论基础,包括休闲基本理论、旅游供需理论及旅游体验理论,并对本文所涉及的休闲休闲旅游产品的概念进行了界定。从三个方面对江西休闲旅游业的发展现状进行了分析,即江西发展休闲旅游的宏观背景,江西休闲旅游资源的类型和分布情况,江西休闲旅游市场发展现状,认为江西休闲旅游开发在需求转型过程中存在的主要问题是休闲旅游内涵比较单一、休闲旅游产品开发滞后、软硬件配套设施不完善、休闲需求认识与需求消费不足等,继而对江西休闲旅游发展的大方向进行了探讨,对江西休闲旅游市场与开展休闲旅游的其它地区间的进行博弈分析、休闲旅游经营者与消费者的进行博弈分析,使用ASEB分析法分析了江西休闲旅游产品的开发前景。文章运用产品生命周期理论,构建了江西休闲旅游产品开发体系,将江西休闲旅游产品发展分为三个层次,并针对各层次产品构想了不同的开发思路。在开发策略部分,有针对性地提出了江西休闲旅游产品在开发过程中可以采取的策略。 休闲旅游是现阶段旅游发展的新兴力量,也是未来旅游发展的主导方向之一。本文对江西需求转型时期休闲旅游产品开发的研究,一定程度会对江西未来旅游产品的开发和旅游业的可持续发展有积极意义。
[Abstract]:Leisure tourism has been developing rapidly in China in recent years, which is one of the most popular directions in current tourism industry. Compared with traditional tourism, leisure tourism is one of the most popular areas of tourism. On the one hand, leisure tourism has become the carrier for people to be away from the familiar environment and get pleasant feelings. On the other hand, because of the high added value of leisure tourism itself, which is conducive to improve the natural and human environment and infrastructure conditions of the destination, it has a huge joint and several promotion role to the local related industries. Therefore, many areas have been actively developing leisure tourism in recent years. Jiangxi is rich in tourism resources, leisure tourism resources are diverse, have a number of leisure tourism attractions and tourism projects with a high profile. There are inherent capital conditions for the development of leisure tourism. However, some problems need to be solved in the process of development. Leisure tourism products to tourists, can meet the tourists' pursuit of personalized consumer psychology. Increasing their satisfaction as much as possible and creating a high rate of revisiting can also contribute to the acceleration of infrastructure construction and the improvement of the local habitat environment in tourist destinations. Under the condition that no more investment is needed, the development of Jiangxi tourism will be injected with new vitality, thus becoming the best successive product of Jiangxi tourism development. This paper starts with the theoretical research of leisure and leisure tourism, and on the basis of studying and summing up the theoretical research of leisure tourism by different scholars at home and abroad at present, leads to the theoretical basis of this paper. Including the basic theory of leisure, tourism supply and demand theory and tourism experience theory. And the concept of leisure tourism products involved in this paper is defined. From three aspects of the development of leisure tourism in Jiangxi are analyzed, that is, the macro background of the development of leisure tourism in Jiangxi. The types and distribution of the leisure tourism resources in Jiangxi Province, the current situation of the development of Jiangxi leisure tourism market, think that the main problem in Jiangxi leisure tourism development in the process of demand transformation is that the connotation of leisure tourism is relatively simple. Leisure tourism product development lags behind, hardware and software facilities are not perfect, leisure demand awareness and demand consumption is insufficient, and then the development direction of Jiangxi leisure tourism is discussed. Game analysis is carried out between Jiangxi leisure tourism market and other regions where leisure tourism is carried out, and game analysis is carried out between leisure tourism operators and consumers. The development prospect of Jiangxi leisure tourism products is analyzed by using ASEB analysis method, and the development system of Jiangxi leisure tourism products is constructed by using product life cycle theory. The development of Jiangxi leisure tourism products is divided into three levels, and for each level of product development ideas. In the development strategy part. The strategies that can be adopted in the process of development of Jiangxi leisure tourism products are put forward. Leisure tourism is a new force in tourism development at the present stage, and also one of the leading directions of tourism development in the future. This paper studies the development of leisure tourism products during the transition period of Jiangxi demand. To some extent, it will have positive significance for the future development of Jiangxi tourism products and the sustainable development of tourism.
