【摘要】:随着国家“十二五”旅游规划的推进,旅游业已经被国家定位为国民经济的战略性支柱产业,同时将人民群众是否满意作为衡量其发展的标准。因此,旅游目的地的旅游感知成为了学者、游经营者关注的重点。西北五省区是指陕西省、甘肃省、新疆维吾尔自治区、宁夏回族自治区和青海省,该区域占据着我国国土面积的三分之一,区内旅游资源丰富、种类繁多,,然而旅游客源市场的规模却与这种资源丰度不相匹配。本文以西北五省区旅游目的地为研究对象,在旅游目的地形象感知理论、游客满意度理论以及相关测评模型的理论指导下,通过对广州市民的实地问卷调查,运用数据分析、模型分析等方法,理论与实践相结合,对西北五省区旅游目的地旅游进行排序分级,旨在促进区域旅游的发展,达到旅游资源与客源市场的相适合。 本文的研究分为以下几个部分:第一部分是旅游感知、游客满意度相关研究的文献回顾;第二部分是文章的理论基础,对旅游目的地形象感知的概念、影响因素和游客满意度的概念、影响因素及测评模型进行了理论研究;第三部分为文章的主体部分,首先介绍研究区域的概况,包括区域旅游资源概况和旅游发展现状;根据问卷调查获得的数据,对受访者基本信息、出游偏好、旅游动机、影响因素以及各省区旅游目的地旅游者感知进行了分析;以IPA分析法为基础模型,结合SWOT分析,根据受访者对各景点的评价值对景区和旅游城市分级排序,将40个景点、14个旅游城市分为四个区域:优势区、机会区、劣势区和威胁区;最后根据所得结论,提出相关政策建议,旨在促进区域旅游发展,扩大旅游客源市场。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the 12th Five-Year Plan, tourism has been positioned as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy, and whether the people are satisfied or not is regarded as the standard of its development. Tourism perception of tourism destinations has become the focus of scholars and tour operators. The five northwest provinces are Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and Qinghai Province. This area occupies 1/3 of the land area of our country. The tourism resources in the region are rich and varied. However, the size of the tourist market does not match with the abundance of the resources. This paper takes the tourism destination of the five northwest provinces as the research object, in the tourism destination image perception theory. Under the guidance of the theory of tourist satisfaction and related evaluation model, through the field survey of Guangzhou citizens, using data analysis, model analysis and other methods, theory and practice are combined. In order to promote the development of regional tourism, the tourism of the five provinces and regions in Northwest China is ranked in order to meet the requirements of tourism resources and tourist market. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first part is the tourism perception, tourist satisfaction related research literature review; The second part is the theoretical basis of the article, the concept of tourism destination image perception, influencing factors and tourist satisfaction, factors and evaluation model of theoretical research; The third part is the main part of the article, first introduces the general situation of the study region, including the regional tourism resources and tourism development situation; Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the basic information, travel preference, tourism motivation, influencing factors and tourist perception of tourist destination in various provinces and regions. Based on the IPA analysis model and SWOT analysis, 40 scenic spots were ranked according to the evaluation value of the respondents to the scenic spots and tourist cities. The 14 tourist cities are divided into four regions: dominant area, opportunity area, inferior area and threat area; Finally, according to the conclusions, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of regional tourism and expand the tourist market.
