武汉高校拓展训练现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】：国家一直大力推行素质教育,对普通高校体育课程改革早就提出新的要求。不论是体育课的教学内容、方法和手段,还是观念上,要求开发利用新的资源,树立健康第一和以人为本的教育理念。本文在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,以武汉部分高校师生、武汉地区拓展公司的培训师为调查对象,综合文献资料法、实地考察法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析了武汉高校拓展训练的发展现状及其成因,提出武汉高校拓展训练今后的发展对策,研究结果表明： 1.导致武汉高校拓展训练发展水平不高的原因是多方面的,其中,高校体育教师的拓展训练水平、组织管理者的观念、作为教学主体的师生对拓展训练的了解程度、教学管理者对该项目的理解程度以及学校体育经费的投入等都是导致该状况的主要原因。 2.观念,在高校建立专门的宣传和推广社团,让师生全面了解拓展训练。提高拓展训练教师的教学水平,增加经费投入是改变武汉高校拓展训练发展现状的重要措施。充分认识拓展训练的价值。 3.通过查阅文献,理论上拓展训练引入高校是可行的,但从目前发展情况看,武汉高校拓展训练开展现状堪忧,有待提高。 4.拓展教师是非常重要的一环,可以说一堂拓展训练课的好坏直接取决于代课培训师水平的高低,加大高校体育老师的专业拓展培训是保证拓展课程的前提。本文以武汉地区高校拓展训练情况为切入点,运用实地考察、问卷调查和专家访谈等,研究武汉地区高校拓展训练开展现状及成因,期望能对今后武汉地区高校开展拓展训练提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The country has been vigorously promoting quality education, and has put forward new requirements for the reform of physical education curriculum in ordinary colleges and universities. Whether it is the teaching content, methods and means of physical education, or the concept, it requires the development and utilization of new resources. Establish the concept of health first and people-oriented education. On the basis of consulting a great deal of literature, this paper takes the teachers and students of some universities in Wuhan, the trainers of Wuhan regional development company as the investigation objects, the comprehensive literature method, the field investigation method, the investigation method, the mathematical statistics method. This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the development of Wuhan universities' development training, and puts forward the countermeasures for the future development of Wuhan universities' development training. The research results show that:. 1. There are many reasons that lead to the low development level of Wuhan university's development training. Among them, the level of college physical education teachers' development training, the concept of organizing managers, and the teachers and students' understanding of the development training as the main body of teaching. The degree of understanding of the project and the input of school sports funds are the main reasons for this situation. 2.Concepts, set up special propaganda and promotion associations in colleges and universities, let teachers and students fully understand the development training, improve the teaching level of the teachers, Increasing the investment of funds is an important measure to change the present situation of the development of development training in Wuhan colleges and universities, and fully understand the value of the development training. 3. By consulting the literature, it is feasible to introduce the expansion training into universities in theory, but from the current situation of development, the present situation of Wuhan university development training is worrying and needs to be improved. 4.Expanding teachers is a very important link, it can be said that the quality of a training class directly depends on the level of substitute trainers, increasing the professional expansion of college physical education teachers is the prerequisite to ensure the expansion of the curriculum. Based on the situation of university development training in Wuhan, this paper makes use of field investigation, questionnaire investigation and expert interview to study the present situation and causes of the development of university development training in Wuhan area. It is expected to provide a certain reference for the future development training of colleges and universities in Wuhan.
