论低碳经济视阈下的绿色景区管理

【摘要】：低碳经济发展模式是有效平衡经济、社会和环境资源之间关系的新型发展模式。随着可持续发展理念在全球范围内的不断深入,为了顺应时代的发展要求,低碳经济理念已逐渐渗透到21世纪的战略支柱产业旅游业。作为旅游业发展的核心,景区管理走低碳经济发展模式尤显重要,这既是景区提升竞争力的客观必然要求,也是实现旅游业的健康可持续发展的关键环节。低碳经济视阈下的绿色景区管理就是要实现景区管理的绿色化,主要表现为景区通过技术创新和制度创新实现景区内能源、交通、建筑、饭店管理及服务等方方面面节能环保和降低碳排,以实现景区的可持续发展,从而为旅游业注入持久的生命力。
[Abstract]:Low-carbon economic development model is a new development model that effectively balances the relationship between economy, society and environmental resources. With the continuous development of the concept of sustainable development in the global scope, in order to comply with the development requirements of the times, The concept of low-carbon economy has gradually penetrated into tourism, a strategic pillar industry in 21th century. As the core of tourism development, scenic spot management of low-carbon economy development model is particularly important, which is an objective and inevitable requirement for scenic spots to enhance their competitiveness. It is also a key link to realize the healthy and sustainable development of tourism. The green scenic spot management under the low carbon economy is to realize the green of scenic spot management, which is mainly manifested in the realization of energy resources in scenic spots through technological innovation and institutional innovation. In order to realize the sustainable development of scenic spots, the sustainable development of scenic spots can be realized by saving energy, environmental protection and reducing carbon emissions in all aspects of transportation, construction, hotel management and service, so as to inject lasting vitality into the tourism industry.
