松原市生态旅游产业发展分析与对策研究

【摘要】：松原市是一个新兴的资源型城市，以往的资源型城市都不可避免经历了“繁荣--衰退--蜕变--再生”的痛苦过程，为了避免走传统资源型城市的老路，松原市政府提出了发展旅游产业作为第三产业的支柱型产业的政策。由于松原市的旅游资源大多为自然资源与少数民族民俗文化资源，因此发展生态旅游产业是符合松原市实际情况的一条科学的可持续性发展的路线。除此之外，松原市有得天独厚的区位优势，交通便捷，气候适宜，具备发展生态旅游产业的基本条件。 生态旅游是近二三十年刚刚兴起的名词，从它被提出起，就掀起了全球范围的研究热潮，生态旅游产业是在可持续发展的前提下，对社会、经济、文化、环境发展的平衡。本文运用发展战略理论，用SWOT分析方法，分析和研究松原市生态旅游产业的发展。本文的主要内容如下：一、绪论。主要介绍本文的研究目的意义，产生背景，研究方法，主要内容及研究框架。二、相关理论研究。主要介绍了生态旅游理论，生态旅游产业和旅游战略理论，其中主要介绍了本文所用战略分析方法，SWOT分析法。三、松原市旅游产业发展及生态旅游产业的开发状况。理论客观地分析了松原市旅游业及生态旅游业的发展现状，，阐述了松原市发展生态旅游产业的经济贡献和社会贡献。四、松原市生态旅游产业环境分析。通过对吉林省和松原市旅游产业的产业环境分析，找出发展生态旅游产业的影响指标，用EVIEWS软件进行相关性分析，在下一章对松原市生态旅游产业的SWOT分析中，起到了参考作用。五、松原市生态旅游产业发展的SWOT分析。首先分别对松原市生态旅游产业分别进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析，接下来进行了SO、ST、WO、WT战略组合分析，根据实际情况确定松原市生态旅游产业的发展属于增长型战略。六、松原市生态旅游产业发展的目标和模式。根据上一章的分析结果，提出了松原市生态旅游产业发展总目标和阶段目标，总目标分为经济总目标和社会总目标，阶段目标为分期目标，分为近期、中期和远期三个阶段。再根据各阶段的发展目标提出相应的发展模式，近期发展采用增长极战略，中期发展采用点--轴战略，远期发展采用区域一体化战略。七、松原市生态旅游产业发展对策研究。根据所有分析结果，提出相应的发展对策，其中包括：打造松原市生态旅游品牌、与邻近省市建立战略联盟、创新营销模式、培养与吸引人才、强化基础设施建设与服务建设。
[Abstract]:Songyuan City is a new resource-based city. In the past, resource-based cities inevitably experienced the painful process of "boom-recession, metamorphosis and regeneration". In order to avoid taking the old road of traditional resource-based cities,Songyuan city government put forward the policy of developing tourism industry as the pillar industry of tertiary industry.Since the tourism resources of Songyuan are mostly natural resources and folk culture resources of minority nationalities, it is a scientific and sustainable development route to develop eco-tourism industry in accordance with the actual situation of Songyuan city.In addition, Songyuan City has unique geographical advantages, convenient transportation, suitable climate, and has the basic conditions for the development of ecotourism industry.Ecotourism is a noun that has just arisen in recent twenty or thirty years. Since it was put forward, it has set off a worldwide research boom. Under the premise of sustainable development, ecotourism industry balances the development of society, economy, culture and environment.Based on the theory of development strategy and the method of SWOT, this paper analyzes and studies the development of ecotourism industry in Songyuan city.The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research purpose, background, research methods, main content and research framework.Second, related theoretical research.This paper mainly introduces the theory of ecotourism, the industry of ecotourism and the theory of tourism strategy.Third, Songyuan tourism industry development and ecological tourism industry development.This paper objectively analyzes the present situation of tourism and ecotourism in Songyuan city, and expounds the economic and social contributions of developing ecotourism industry in Songyuan city.Fourth, Songyuan city ecotourism industry environment analysis.By analyzing the industrial environment of tourism industry in Jilin province and Songyuan city, we find out the influence index of developing eco-tourism industry, and use EVIEWS software to carry on the correlation analysis. In the next chapter, we analyze the eco-tourism industry of Songyuan city by SWOT.Played a reference role.Fifth, the SWOT analysis of the development of the ecotourism industry in Songyuan City.Firstly, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the ecotourism industry in Songyuan City, and then analyzes the strategic combination of SOPSTWO WT, and determines that the development of the ecotourism industry in Songyuan is a growth strategy according to the actual situation.Sixth, the goal and mode of the development of Songyuan ecotourism industry.According to the analysis results in the last chapter, the author puts forward the general goal and stage goal of the development of ecotourism industry in Songyuan city. The overall goal is divided into the general goal of economy and the total goal of society, and the goal of stage is the target of stages, which is divided into three stages: short, medium and long term.Then according to the development objectives of each stage, the corresponding development model is put forward. In the near future, the growth pole strategy is adopted, the medium-term development adopts the point-axis strategy, and the long-term development adopts the regional integration strategy.Seven, Songyuan city ecotourism industry development countermeasure research.According to all the analysis results, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward, including: building Songyuan eco-tourism brand, establishing strategic alliance with neighboring provinces and cities, innovating marketing mode, training and attracting talents, strengthening infrastructure construction and service construction.
