基于内容分析法的农业旅游概念界定研究

【摘要】：农业旅游的概念既关系到农业旅游理论体系的构建,也与农业旅游的健康发展紧密相关。由于内涵的复杂性和研究角度的分散性,国内外现存的农业旅游概念数量众多,分歧较大,一直是学术研究的重点和难点。科学的、被学术界和社会广泛接受的农业旅游概念,不仅有助于农业旅游理论体系的构建,也有利于农业旅游的规划、开发与管理。通过检索相关数据库,利用“追溯法”以及文献传递,获得国内外主要的农业旅游概念146个(其中,国外农业旅游概念85个,国内农业旅游概念61个)。按照时效性、代表性原则进一步选取其中100个有影响力的概念作为研究样本。对其分别进行关键词提取,国外识别出14个分析指标,国内识别出16个分析指标。利用霍尔斯提公式对3位编码员进行信度检验,在合格的基础上进行统计分析,得到每个指标在100个农业旅游概念中出现的频次及频率。结果表明,国外农业旅游概念中出现频率最高的指标是“农牧场及农工综合区”、“产业、活动、行业”、“游客、旅游者”、“娱乐、教育”,这4个指标可以反映国外农业旅游概念的共性；国内农业旅游概念中出现频率最高的指标是“农业生产经营、农事”、“旅游活动(形式)”、“观光、休闲、品尝、购物、度假、学习”、“游客、旅游者”、“田园风光、景观、环境”、“农业资源(农林牧副渔)”,这6个指标可以反映国内农业旅游概念的共性。对国内外农业旅游概念中出现频率最高的10个指标作进一步分析,认为“活动”、“游客、旅游者”、“娱乐、教育”、“农业生产经营、农事”、“田园风光、景观、环境”、“农业资源(农林牧副渔)”6个指标是农业旅游概念的核心内涵。因此,可将农业旅游的概念界定为：以农业资源(农林牧副渔)为基础,以娱乐、教育为目的,主要利用田园景观、农业生产经营活动吸引游客的活动。
[Abstract]:The concept of agricultural tourism is not only related to the construction of agricultural tourism theory system, but also closely related to the healthy development of agricultural tourism.Because of the complexity of connotation and the dispersion of research angle, the existing concepts of agricultural tourism at home and abroad are numerous and divergent, which has always been the focus and difficulty of academic research.The concept of agricultural tourism, which has been widely accepted by academia and society, is not only helpful to the construction of the theoretical system of agricultural tourism, but also conducive to the planning, development and management of agricultural tourism.By searching related databases and using traceability method and literature transmission, 146 main concepts of agricultural tourism are obtained at home and abroad (among them, 85 are foreign agricultural tourism concepts and 61 are domestic agricultural tourism concepts).According to the principle of timeliness and representativeness, 100 influential concepts were selected as the research samples.The key words were extracted, 14 analysis indexes were identified in foreign countries and 16 analytical indexes were identified in China.The reliability of three encoders was tested by Holstein formula, and the frequency and frequency of each index in 100 agricultural tourism concepts were obtained by statistical analysis on the basis of qualification.The results show that the most frequent indicators in the concept of agricultural tourism abroad are "agricultural rangeland and agri-industrial complex area", "industry, activity, industry", "tourist, tourist", "entertainment, education".These four indicators can reflect the commonness of the concept of agricultural tourism abroad, and the most frequent indicators in the concept of domestic agricultural tourism are "agricultural production and management, agricultural affairs", "tourism activities (forms)", "sightseeing, leisure, tasting and shopping,"Vacation, study, tourists, rural scenery, landscape, environment, agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries), these six indicators can reflect the common concepts of domestic agricultural tourism.This paper makes a further analysis of the 10 most frequent indicators in the concept of agricultural tourism at home and abroad, and thinks that "activities", "tourists, tourists", "entertainment, education", "agricultural production and management, agricultural affairs", "idyllic scenery, landscape","Environment" and "Agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries)" are the core connotations of the concept of agricultural tourism.Therefore, the concept of agricultural tourism can be defined as: agricultural resources (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries) as the basis, entertainment, education as the purpose, mainly using the rural landscape, agricultural production and management activities to attract tourists.
