知识共享对古村落旅游开发的影响研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化和高新技术迅猛发展的时代,知识共享已成为发展、获得竞争优势的决定因素。文章以古村落旅游开发为例,研究知识共享对古村落旅游开发的影响,发现内在、外在报酬预期、利他主义、相互影响、团队效能、领导行为对知识共享有显著正向影响,内在、外在报酬预期影响较强,利他主义影响较弱;知识共享对古村落旅游开发的观赏价值、文化价值和旅游服务有显著正向影响,对观赏价值的影响最强,对旅游服务的影响次之。
[Abstract]:In the era of economic globalization and the rapid development of high and new technology, knowledge sharing has become the decisive factor of development and gaining competitive advantage. Taking the tourism development of ancient villages as an example, this paper studies the influence of knowledge sharing on the tourism development of ancient villages, and finds that internal and external reward expectation, altruism, mutual influence, team effectiveness and leadership behavior have significant positive effects on knowledge sharing. The influence of external reward expectation is strong, altruism is weak, knowledge sharing has significant positive influence on ancient village tourism development, cultural value and tourism service, and has the strongest influence on ornamental value. The impact on tourism services is secondary.
