福州市乡村旅游发展研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，随着我国社会与经济的迅速发展，我国总体上已经进入了以工促农、以城带乡的新的发展阶段，初步具备了工业反哺农业、城市支持农村的经济实力。为此在党的十六届五中全会上提出了建设“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”社会主义新农村的目标，全面的体现了当前形势下农村经济、政治、文化和社会的发展要求。为实现社会主义新农村建设各级政府提出了一系列的相关政策，其中积极发展乡村旅游事业在各项政策中扮演着重要的角色。论文通过SWOT分析法对福州市乡村旅游的现状进行分析，研究结果认为：福州市乡村旅游的发展潜力巨大，但乡村旅游产品较为单一，品牌建设相对比较落后，服务质量亟待提升。同时，通过对福州市乡村旅游消费者的调查，结果表明：福州乡村旅游的消费者主要是为了远离城市，观赏优美的环境，放松身心；福州市乡村旅游的消费主要是以亲友市场和私人消费为主，消费者比较看重乡村旅游的价格实惠以及出行的便利性；消费者获取乡村旅游景点的信息主要是通过亲友介绍和互联网。针对福州市乡村旅游发展过程中存在的问题，论文提出了优化乡村旅游产业结构，创新发展模式，加大基础设施建设力度，加强从业人员素质的提升，，坚持乡村旅游的可持续经营，强化乡村旅游的品牌建设等建议对策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of our society and economy, our country has generally entered a new development stage of promoting agriculture by industry and taking cities with villages, and has initially possessed the economic strength of industry to feed agriculture and cities to support rural areas. For this reason, at the Fifth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party, the goal of building a new socialist countryside with "productive development, rich living, civilization in the countryside, clean and tidy villages, and democratic management" was put forward, which comprehensively reflected the rural economy and politics under the current situation. Cultural and social development requirements In order to realize the construction of new socialist countryside, governments at all levels have put forward a series of related policies, among which the active development of rural tourism plays an important role in various policies. The present situation of rural tourism in Fuzhou is analyzed by SWOT analysis. The results show that the development potential of rural tourism in Fuzhou is great, but the product of rural tourism is relatively single, and the brand construction is relatively backward. The quality of service needs to be improved. At the same time, through the survey of rural tourism consumers in Fuzhou, the results show that: Fuzhou rural tourism consumers are mainly to stay away from the city, appreciate the beautiful environment, relax the body and mind; The consumption of rural tourism in Fuzhou is mainly related to the market of relatives and friends and private consumption. Consumers value the price of rural tourism and the convenience of travel. Consumer access to rural tourist attractions information is mainly through relatives and friends and the Internet. In view of the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Fuzhou, the paper puts forward to optimize the structure of rural tourism industry, innovate the development mode, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and enhance the quality of employees. Persist in the sustainable management of rural tourism, strengthen the brand construction of rural tourism and other suggestions.
