【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的不断发展,旅游已经逐渐成为我国居民生活的重要部分。据世界旅游组织调查得知,在未来十年内,全球居民50%的时间将会用于乡村休闲旅游。在全球发达国家,乡村休闲旅游已经成为人们生活的一部分。我国在改革开放以来,旅游业整体水平也获得了较大的发展,已经成功迈入到旅游大国的行列,从最初的浅层观光旅游发展至现今的体验式旅游。在未来,乡村休闲旅游的发展将越来越广泛,也会有越来越多的消费者选择休闲旅游。白云区处于贵阳市“环城游憩地”,在贵阳市的社会经济发展战略中有着很重要的地位,直接支撑着贵阳市大金阳经济圈的发展。白云区拥有丰富的乡村休闲旅游资源,如贵阳市的“六个唯一”景区项目,还有白云风筝、罗革凼湖、万亩花卉、大林布依山寨、长坡岭国家公园、原木艺术基地和花卉基地等,都为白云区的旅游发展奠定了良好的资源基础。总之,白云区现有的和在建的旅游景区景点都有利于乡村休闲旅游的发展释放了经济功能。因此,如何整合利用白云区的旅游资源,实现建设贵阳市避暑之都和夏日花园的旅游目标,构建白云区乡村休闲旅游的产业链,健全白云区乡村休闲旅游的可持续发展模式,以更好地服务当地社会经济发展,成为需要我们研究的重要课题。白云区的乡村休闲旅游发展于20世纪初期,旅游形式多样,在当地社会经济发展过程中发挥了较大的作用,无论是社会产业结构的调整还是城市化水平的提高,还是当地农民增收方面都有较大的进步。但是,白云区整体旅游的效益仍较低,与国内知名度高的地区相比竞争力不高,如旅游意识较低、开发模式单一、产品品种较少、管理机制落后等。因此,贵阳市白云区如何立足自身实情,发挥自身优势,推动旅游整体效益发展,实现白云区乡村休闲旅游的快速发展就成为本文的研究目的。本文包括七部分的研究内容：第一,绪论部分,针对本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义、国内外研究现状和研究方法进行了简要介绍；第二,研究的理论基础部分,对乡村休闲旅游涉及到的休闲旅游和乡村休闲旅游核心概念进行了界定；同时,还梳理总结了研究的理论基础,如可持续发展理论、制度经济学理论和供求理论；第三,贵阳市白云区乡村休闲旅游发展现状部分,针对贵阳市白云区乡村休闲旅游发展的区位和社会经济条件、乡村休闲旅游资源条件和乡村休闲旅游发展概况进行了简要分析；第四,贵阳市白云区乡村休闲旅游发展存在的问题部分,针对白云区乡村休闲旅游存在的宏观管理较弱、旅游产品初级化、旅游营销工作不够以及生态保护较弱的问题进行了分析探讨；第五,国内外乡村休闲旅游发展的经验借鉴部分,通过对国外的先进模式和国内的先进模式进行阐述,从国外国内先进模式中提取白云区乡村休闲旅游的发展启示；第六,贵阳市白云区乡村休闲旅游发展的对策探讨部分,笔者在上述内容的研究基础上,针对贵阳市白云区的现状,提出了加大政府扶持力度、制定科学的乡村休闲旅游发展战略、深度打造乡村休闲旅游产品、强化乡村休闲旅游品牌营销、构建乡村休闲旅游绿色产业链和均衡乡村休闲旅游各方利益的对策；第七,结论与展望部分,针对本文的研究内容进行总结,并提出乡村休闲旅游发展未来的研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our country's social economy, tourism has gradually become an important part of the life of the residents in our country. According to the survey of the world tourism organization, in the next ten years, 50% of the world's residents will be used for rural leisure tourism. In the developed countries, the rural leisure tourism has become a part of the people's life. China is in reform. Since the opening up, the overall level of the tourism industry has also achieved great development, has successfully entered the ranks of the large tourist country, from the initial shallow tourism to the present experience style tourism. In the future, the development of rural leisure tourism will be more and more extensive, and more and more consumers will choose leisure tourism.
Baiyun District, located in Guiyang "round the city recreation area", has a very important position in the social and economic development strategy of Guiyang City, which directly supports the development of Guiyang Jinyang economic circle. Baiyun District has rich rural leisure tourism resources, such as the "six unique" scenic spots in Guiyang, as well as Baiyun kite, roo Tai Lake, 000 mu. Flowers, Dalin Buyi mountain village, Chang Po Ling National Park, log art base and flower base have laid a good resource base for the tourism development of Baiyun District. In a word, the existing and the scenic spots in the Baiyun District are beneficial to the development of the rural leisure tourism. Therefore, how to integrate the Baiyun District Tourism resources, to achieve the construction of Guiyang summer vacation capital and Summer Garden Tourism target, to build the industrial chain of rural leisure tourism in Baiyun District, to improve the sustainable development model of rural leisure tourism in Baiyun District, in order to better serve the local social and economic development, become an important topic for us to study.
The rural leisure tourism in Baiyun District has developed in the early twentieth Century, with various forms of tourism, which has played a great role in the local social and economic development process. It has made great progress in the adjustment of the social industrial structure or the improvement of the level of urbanization, or the increase of local farmers' income. However, the overall tourism benefit of the Baiyun District is still low. Compared with the high - known areas in China, the competitiveness is not high, such as low tourism awareness, single development model, less product variety, backward management mechanism, etc. Therefore, how Guiyang Baiyun District is based on its own facts, play its own advantages, promote the development of tourism overall benefit, and realize the rapid development of leisure tourism in the Baiyun District. This article includes seven parts: first, the introduction part, in view of the background of this study, the purpose and significance of the research, the status of domestic and foreign research and research methods are briefly introduced; second, the theoretical basis of the research, the core concepts of leisure tourism and rural leisure tourism involved in rural leisure tourism are carried out. At the same time, it also summarizes the theoretical basis of the study, such as the theory of sustainable development, the theory of institutional economics and the theory of supply and demand; third, the status quo of the development of rural leisure tourism in Guiyang Baiyun District, in view of the location and social economic conditions of the development of rural leisure tourism in the Baiyun District of Guiyang City, the conditions of rural leisure tourism resources and the countryside. The general situation of the development of village leisure tourism is briefly analyzed.
