高校旅游管理专业本科生专业认同形成机制研究

【摘要】:近年来,在市场经济的作用下,越来越多的高校开设了旅游管理专业开设了旅游管理专业。就业层次多、吸纳就业能力强是旅游业的一大特点,然而实际情况却是,高等院校旅游管理专业本科毕业生并没有构成旅游行业人才供应的主力军,大量流失到其他行业,而旅游企事业单位却亟需高质量旅游管理人才,人才缺口很大。这种现象是社会、学校、家庭以及学生自身共同作用的结果,而高校旅游管理专业本科学生对所学专业的认同感不高是一个不可忽视的问题。 学生只有认可和喜欢所学专业,才会全身心的投入,才会达到良好的学习效果;学校必须通过科学的方法,引导学生形成专业认同感,才能够为旅游行业提供优秀人才;企业也应该为毕业生提供更广阔、更开放的平台,注重学习能力而不是经验,营造良好就业氛围。 本研究基于规范的扎根理论研究框架,首先,在介绍了研究背景及意义后,整理分析了认同理论的研究文献,对相关概念进行了界定。接下来,对研究对象展开了扎根理论分析,通过开放性译码、主轴译码和选择性译码,提炼出基于“动态选择认同感”的“三步一调”机制,“三步”即:注重个人期望值的准确定位及个人兴趣培养;强化教学过程中的优势专业对比分析,突出自身优势,打造核心竞争力;提升外部择业公平性,提供高端就业机会与平台。“一调”即一个重要调节因素:“他者影响”,针对“个人期望异化”、“教学特色异化”和“社会环境异化”进行调节。最后,提出相应的对策建议,并对整个研究进行总结,指出局限和不足,提出了未来研究的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the effect of market economy, more and more colleges and universities have set up tourism management specialty. There are many levels of employment and the ability to absorb employment is a major feature of the tourism industry. However, the actual situation is that undergraduate graduates majoring in tourism management in colleges and universities do not constitute the main force in the supply of talents in the tourism industry and are losing a large number to other industries. Tourism enterprises and institutions are in urgent need of high-quality tourism management personnel, the talent gap is very large. This phenomenon is the result of the joint action of society, school, family and students themselves. Only when students recognize and like their major can they devote themselves to it and achieve a good learning effect. The school must guide students to form a sense of professional identity through scientific methods in order to provide excellent talents for the tourism industry. Enterprises should also provide a broader and more open platform for graduates, focus on learning ability rather than experience, and create a good employment atmosphere. This study is based on normative rooted theoretical framework. Firstly, after introducing the background and significance of the research, this paper collates and analyzes the research literature of identity theory, and defines the related concepts. Then, the theoretical analysis of the research object is carried out. Through open decoding, spindle decoding and selective decoding, the "three-step and one-tone" mechanism based on "dynamic selection identity" is extracted. The "three steps" are: pay attention to the accurate orientation of individual expectation value and cultivate personal interest; strengthen the comparative analysis of advantages and majors in the teaching process, highlight their own advantages, build core competitiveness; enhance the fairness of external career selection. Provide high-end employment opportunities and platforms. "one tune" is an important adjustment factor: "other influence", aiming at "individual expectation alienation", "teaching characteristic alienation" and "social environment alienation". Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, summarizes the whole research, points out the limitations and shortcomings, and puts forward the direction of future research.
