基于城市文化视野下的西安老城历史街区旅游开发提升研究

【摘要】：城市是人类社会进入文明时代的鲜明标志，城市不仅具有功能，而且拥有文化，文化是城市维系和发展所依赖的基本系统之一。“城市”与“文化”是如影随形的概念，在历史的进程中发生着越来越密切的关系，共同滋养着城市建设与文化发展，共同创造了称为城市灵魂的“城市文化”。城市文化对于保存城市记忆、明确城市定位，，决定城市品质、展示城市风貌、塑造城市精神、支撑城市发展具有重要作用。历史街区是展示城市文化与历史内涵的重要区域，是城市发展和历史变革中的文化遗产，记载着城市的历史变迁，蕴含着悠久的历史文化。历史街区所蕴含的历史信息和文化是街区旅游开发的珍贵资源，如何在城市文化的视野下进行历史街区文化重塑，以提升街区旅游的质量，使历史街区旅游具有经久不衰的生命力，是摆在我们面前的现实问题。本文基于城市文化的视野，重点探索了城市最具个性的文化遗产---历史街区的文化特色重塑与旅游服务功能提升，强调了历史街区应该成为从“功能城市”走向“文化城市”有效路径与重要载体。论文以西安13平方公里的城墙围合的老城区历史街区为研究对象，通过实地调研、归纳分析等方法对老城区的历史街区进行现状分析与评价，从宏观、中观、微观的层次体系重点分析了老城历史街区的旅游资源、文脉、服务功能等，并尝试通过构架点、线、面的展示体系，进一步强化历史街区对于西安文化重塑与城市文脉的挖掘意义。最后，从历史街区旅游服务功能方面提出措施与建议，使其对西安成为国际化大都市和彰显华夏文明重要基地具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The city is the distinct symbol of the human society entering the civilization age. The city not only has the function, but also has the culture, the culture is one of the basic systems which the city maintains and the development depends on. The concept of "city" and "culture" are closely related in the process of history, which nourish the city construction and cultural development, and create the "city culture" called the city soul. Urban culture plays an important role in preserving city memory, defining city orientation, determining city quality, displaying city style, shaping city spirit and supporting city development. Historical district is an important region to show the connotation of urban culture and history, is the cultural heritage of urban development and historical change, records the historical changes of the city, and contains a long history and culture. The historical information and culture contained in the historical block are the precious resources for the development of the district tourism. How to rebuild the culture of the historic block under the vision of the city culture, in order to improve the quality of the district tourism, It is a realistic problem in front of us to make historical district tourism have enduring vitality. Based on the perspective of urban culture, this paper focuses on exploring the remolding of the cultural characteristics and the promotion of tourism service function of the most unique cultural heritage of the city-the historical district. It is emphasized that the historic district should become an effective path and an important carrier from "functional city" to "cultural city". This paper takes the historic block of the old urban area which is surrounded by 13 square kilometers of city wall of Xi'an as the research object, through the field investigation, inductive analysis and so on, carries on the present situation analysis and the appraisal to the historical district of the old city, from the macroscopic, the meso view, The micro level system focuses on analyzing the tourism resources, context, service function and so on in the historic district of the old city, and tries to display the system of points, lines and surfaces through the frame. Further strengthen the historical district for Xi'an cultural reconstruction and urban context excavation significance. Finally, the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions from the aspect of tourism service function of historical district, which has certain practical significance for Xi'an to become an international metropolis and to highlight the important base of Chinese civilization.
