鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游市场竞争力研究

【摘要】:2009年12月12日,《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》被国务院批复,这是新中国成立以来江西第一个被纳入国家战略的区域性发展规划。在鄱阳湖生态经济区的发展过程中,旅游业的健康发展不可或缺,对整个经济区的发展起到举足轻重的作用。只有进一步明确整个生态经济区旅游业发展的现状,挖掘优势并找出障碍因素,有针对性地发展旅游市场,才能提高整个经济区和各市旅游市场的综合竞争能力。 本文本着提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,以旅游市场和竞争力理论为基础,结合鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游业发展的现状进行研究。首先,本文分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游业的发展现状,根据波特的钻石模型,从旅游市场资源条件、旅游市场需求潜力、旅游产业及其竞争与合作、旅游业的社会基础和支持产业、旅游市场的发展机会、政府和政策条件等方面进行一一分析,并用相应的数据进行说明,表明鄱阳湖生态经济区的旅游业发展有一定的基础。其次,本文结合鄱阳湖生态经济区的现状和可获得的数据资料,建立了鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游市场竞争力的评价模型,包括经济环境和居民消费能力、投资状况和资本财务能力、人力资源和教育情况、住宿餐饮业情况、交通运输状况、自然资源状况、旅游客源市场情况等。第三,运用加权的TOPSIS法进行数据处理和分析,得出鄱阳湖生态经济区各市旅游市场竞争力的排名,并分析原因。第四,根据上述分析,提出鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游业发展中存在市场规模化障碍、旅游产品和服务缺乏差别化、高素质的旅游服务人才供不应求、地区旅游市场营销活动缺乏独特的销售主张、旅游市场运作缺乏规范化和监督、体制机制存在缺陷和挑战等问题。最后,针对存在的问题,提出了加强旅游产业合作,形成有序的产业链;开发特色旅游产品,形成品牌优势;注重人才培养,提高旅游服务人员素质;注重发展地方特色旅游,形成独特的销售主张;加大政府监管力度,实现旅游市场有序运行;改善旅游市场体制机制,实现体制机制创新;发挥竞争情报和互联网技术的作用,加速旅游市场信息化程度等对策及建议,以期对鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游市场的顺利发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:On December 12, 2009, "Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone" was approved by the State Council, which is the first regional development plan that Jiangxi has been incorporated into the national strategy since the founding of New China. In the process of development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, the healthy development of tourism is indispensable and plays an important role in the development of the whole economic zone. Only by further clarifying the present situation of the tourism development of the whole ecological economic zone, excavating the advantages and finding out the obstacle factors, and developing the tourism market pertinently, can the comprehensive competitive ability of the whole economic zone and the tourism market of each city be improved. Based on the theory of tourism market and competitiveness, this paper studies the present situation of tourism development in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism development in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. According to Porter's diamond model, the paper analyzes the tourism market resource conditions, the potential of tourism market demand, the tourism industry and its competition and cooperation. The social foundation and supporting industry of tourism, the development opportunities of tourism market, the government and policy conditions are analyzed one by one, and the corresponding data are used to explain the development of tourism in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, which shows that there is a certain basis for the development of tourism in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone. Secondly, based on the current situation and available data of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, this paper establishes the evaluation model of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone's tourism market competitiveness, including economic environment and residents' consumption ability. Investment status and capital financial ability, human resources and education, accommodation, catering, transportation, natural resources, tourist market, etc. Thirdly, the weighted TOPSIS method is used to process and analyze the data, and the ranking of tourism market competitiveness of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone is obtained, and the reasons are analyzed. Fourthly, according to the above analysis, it is pointed out that there are market scale obstacles in the development of tourism industry in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, the tourism products and services are not differentiated, and the supply of high-quality tourism service talents is short of supply. Regional tourism marketing activities lack of unique marketing ideas, lack of standardization and supervision of tourism market operation, defects and challenges in the system and mechanism. Finally, in view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward to strengthen the cooperation of tourism industry, form an orderly industrial chain, develop characteristic tourism products and form brand advantages, pay attention to talent training, improve the quality of tourism service personnel, and pay attention to the development of tourism with local characteristics. To form a unique sales proposition; to strengthen government supervision to realize the orderly operation of the tourism market; to improve the system and mechanism of the tourism market; to bring into play the role of competitive intelligence and Internet technology; The countermeasures and suggestions of speeding up the informatization of tourism market are expected to provide reference for the smooth development of tourism market in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone.
