宁波市协调发展森林旅游业与保护城市水源的对策研究

【摘要】：优质的水源是城市供水安全的保障，是城市运行良好的必要条件，防止城市水源不受污染是城市供水安全的首要任务。森林旅游不仅丰富了城市居民的业余生活，缓解了他们紧张的生活压力，同时也给经济发展带来新动力。本文把宁波市协调森林旅游发展和城市水源保护之间的矛盾作为切入点展开了研究，研究重点侧重于处理森林旅游产生垃圾污水的技术措施。 第一，本文介绍了宁波市森林旅游的发展情况与影响其发展的积极因素和制约因素，然后说明了森林旅游对环境带来的影响，，突出了对水源的影响；第二，本文阐述了宁波市城市水源保护的现状与存在的问题，通过对城市水源的水质变化趋势与水源影响因素分析，得出森林旅游与城市水源的矛盾会越来越突出的结论；第三，本文分析了森林旅游污染的特征和协调发展森林旅游与保护城市水源当前存在的困惑，提出要解决的问题；最后，针对森林旅游对城市水源造成的影响提出森林旅游业和城市水源保护协调发展的宏观对策和技术措施，其中，技术措施是在对宁波市近年垃圾和污水处理技术探索的基础上提出的垃圾污水处理新技术，也即垃圾与污水一体化处理技术，本文对该技术做了简单介绍后通过试点工程做了验证，阐述了该工程对策的成效、特色和优点以及出现的问题和解决措施等，文章最后得出该技术在森林旅游产生的垃圾污水处理中是有效可行的结论。
[Abstract]:High quality water supply is the guarantee of city water supply safety and the necessary condition of city running well. Preventing city water source from being polluted is the primary task of city water supply safety. Forest tourism not only enriches the amateur life of urban residents, relieves their stress of life, but also brings new impetus to economic development. In this paper, the contradiction between the coordinated development of forest tourism and the protection of urban water resources in Ningbo is taken as the starting point, and the emphasis of the study is on the technical measures to deal with the waste water generated by forest tourism. First, this paper introduces the development of forest tourism in Ningbo, and the positive factors and constraints affecting the development of forest tourism, and then explains the impact of forest tourism on the environment, highlighting the impact on water resources; Second, this article elaborated the present situation and the existing question of the city water source protection in Ningbo, through to the city water source water quality change tendency and the water source influence factor analysis, obtains the forest tourism and the city water source contradiction will be more and more prominent conclusion; Third, this paper analyzes the characteristics of forest tourism pollution and the confusion existing in the coordinated development of forest tourism and the protection of urban water resources, and puts forward the problems to be solved. Finally, aiming at the impact of forest tourism on urban water resources, the macro countermeasures and technical measures for the coordinated development of forest tourism and urban water resources protection are put forward. The technical measures are based on the exploration of the waste and sewage treatment technology in Ningbo in recent years, that is, the integrated treatment technology of garbage and sewage. After a brief introduction of the technology, the paper verifies it through the pilot project, and expounds the effectiveness, characteristics and advantages of the project, as well as the existing problems and solutions, etc. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion that this technology is effective and feasible in the treatment of waste water produced by forest tourism.
